【摘要】：隨著上世紀(jì)80年代初健美操走入國門,發(fā)展至今已成為我國人民大眾最喜愛的運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目之一,越來越多的高校學(xué)生將健美操作為自己的專業(yè)方向進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。但由于健美操項(xiàng)目的專項(xiàng)特點(diǎn)顯著,行業(yè)流動(dòng)性較小,具有一定的就業(yè)局限性,使健美操方向的畢業(yè)生市場需求趨于平淡,就業(yè)形勢不容樂觀。很多健美操方向的碩士研究生缺乏對(duì)自己正確的自我認(rèn)知和就業(yè)定位,導(dǎo)致“高不成、低不就”現(xiàn)象頻繁出現(xiàn),加上所面臨的工作、婚姻、家庭等各方面的壓力比本科生要大,容易產(chǎn)生焦慮情緒。該研究采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法,對(duì)我國體育院校健美操方向碩士研究生的自我認(rèn)知和就業(yè)定位現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì),分析其現(xiàn)存的利弊,提出認(rèn)清自我、擺正定位的對(duì)策,為緩解和改善健美操碩士就業(yè)難問題提供理論支撐,豐富健美操碩士研究生自我認(rèn)知和就業(yè)定位領(lǐng)域的研究理論。通過對(duì)問卷調(diào)查的結(jié)果整理并結(jié)合專家訪談所得內(nèi)容,得出以下結(jié)論:1.我國體育院校大部分的健美操方向碩士研究生對(duì)自己的專項(xiàng)能力、科研能力和相關(guān)就業(yè)能力認(rèn)知較為模糊,自我評(píng)價(jià)情況與自身的實(shí)際情況不符。2.由于健美操方向碩士研究生缺乏主動(dòng)性、學(xué)校引導(dǎo)和管理不完善以及國家對(duì)畢業(yè)生就業(yè)政策的宣傳力度不夠等原因,我國體育院校健美操方向碩士研究生中51.39%的同學(xué)對(duì)當(dāng)前的人事制度和就業(yè)政策的認(rèn)知程度較淺,對(duì)于健美操行業(yè)的就業(yè)形勢和就業(yè)壓力的嚴(yán)峻情況認(rèn)知不清晰,過于樂觀。3.我國體育院校69.72%的健美操方向碩士研究生主動(dòng)地進(jìn)行了職業(yè)生涯規(guī)劃,但其中78.06%的同學(xué)并沒有嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)匕凑兆陨淼穆殬I(yè)生涯規(guī)劃進(jìn)行研究生階段的學(xué)習(xí);未來職業(yè)發(fā)展目標(biāo)的明確程度一般,就業(yè)定位過高,自身的實(shí)際條件與期望中用人單位的招聘要求相差較大;較多研究生在就業(yè)時(shí)以“經(jīng)濟(jì)收入”(58.19%)、“工作環(huán)境”(46.55%)、“戶口編制”(38.95%)和“工作地點(diǎn)”(33.38%)作為主要參考因素。4.我國體育院校健美操方向碩士研究生的就業(yè)定位受個(gè)人的主觀因素和外界的客觀因素兩大方面影響。其中,研究生的個(gè)人主觀因素包括自身?xiàng)l件、就業(yè)認(rèn)知兩個(gè)方面,外界客觀因素包括學(xué)校、社會(huì)和國家政策等因素。其中,學(xué)習(xí)能力因素和實(shí)踐能力因素等個(gè)人綜合能力對(duì)就業(yè)定位有較為重要的影響。
[Abstract]:With the entry of aerobics into the country at the beginning of -20s, it has become one of the most popular sports in our country. More and more college students study aerobics as their own professional direction. However, due to the special characteristics of aerobics projects, the mobility of the industry is relatively small, which has certain employment limitations. As a result, the market demand for graduates in the direction of aerobics tends to be flat, and the employment situation is not optimistic. Many graduate students in the direction of aerobics lack the correct self-awareness and employment orientation, which leads to the phenomenon of "high or low" frequently appearing. In addition, the pressure of work, marriage, family and so on is greater than that of undergraduate students, and it is easy to produce anxiety. This study adopts the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics. This paper makes statistics on the status quo of self-cognition and employment orientation of the graduate students of aerobics in Chinese sports colleges and universities, analyzes its existing advantages and disadvantages, and puts forward some countermeasures to get a clear understanding of oneself and correct the orientation. In order to provide theoretical support to alleviate and improve the employment difficulty of aerobics master, enrich the research theory in the field of self-cognition and employment orientation of aerobics graduate students. Come to the following conclusion: 1. Most of the graduate students of aerobics in China's sports colleges have a vague understanding of their own special ability, scientific research ability and related employability. Due to the lack of initiative in the direction of aerobics, the imperfect guidance and management of the school and the insufficient publicity of the national employment policy for graduates, etc. 51.39% of the graduate students in the direction of aerobics in physical education colleges in China have a relatively shallow understanding of the current personnel system and employment policy, and do not have a clear understanding of the employment situation and the severe employment pressure in the aerobics industry. Too optimistic. 3. The aerobics graduate students of 69.72% in our country actively carried out the career planning, but 78.06% of the students did not strictly follow their own career planning for postgraduate study; The degree of clarity of the future career development goal is general, the employment position is too high, and the actual conditions of one's own are quite different from the requirements of the employer's recruitment in the expectation; More graduate students take "economic income" 58.19, "working environment" 46.55, "household registration" 38.95) and "work place" as the main reference factors. 4. The employment orientation of graduate students in aerobics direction of physical education colleges in China is subject to personal subjective factors. There are two major factors that affect both element and external factors. Among them, The personal subjective factors of graduate students include their own conditions, employment cognition, external objective factors including school, social and national policies, etc. Among them, Individual comprehensive ability, such as learning ability and practical ability, has important influence on employment orientation.
