關(guān)于跆拳道裁判員利益沖突與治理方式的研究

【摘要】:我國跆拳道運(yùn)動(dòng)自開展以來,跆拳道裁判員對(duì)項(xiàng)目的推廣與發(fā)展起到了積極的促進(jìn)作用。研究以利益沖突理論為依據(jù),質(zhì)性研究的范式為基礎(chǔ),采用深度訪談的研究方法對(duì)不同背景、經(jīng)歷與等級(jí)裁判員對(duì)利益沖突的觀念與行為進(jìn)行對(duì)比與分析:裁判員的個(gè)人品行直接決定其在參與者心目中的形象、同時(shí)也對(duì)其利益關(guān)系形成約束;人情與個(gè)別行業(yè)現(xiàn)象會(huì)對(duì)裁判員的利益關(guān)系形成負(fù)面的影響;政府與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的不同態(tài)度會(huì)對(duì)裁判員的執(zhí)裁與判罰產(chǎn)生較大的影響;在新時(shí)期的治理理念下,裁判員選調(diào)機(jī)制、多元化治理模式等,都會(huì)對(duì)裁判員維護(hù)公共利益產(chǎn)生正面的影響。
[Abstract]:Since the development of taekwondo in China, the referee of Taekwondo has played a positive role in promoting and developing the project. The research is based on the theory of conflict of interest and the paradigm of qualitative research. By using the method of in-depth interview, the author compares and analyzes the different backgrounds, experiences and behaviors of referees on conflicts of interest: the referees' personal conduct directly determines their image in the eyes of participants. At the same time, it also restricts the interests of referees; the phenomenon of human feelings and individual industries will have a negative impact on the interests of referees; the different attitudes of the government and the leaders will have a greater impact on the referees' judgment and punishment. Under the concept of governance in the new period, referees' selection and adjustment mechanism, diversified governance models and so on, will have a positive impact on the referees' maintenance of public interests.
