【摘要】：本文主要的研究方法是文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)地調(diào)查法、錄像觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、邏輯分析法和對(duì)比分析法等,對(duì)江蘇蘇寧女足參加的2016賽季女超聯(lián)賽14場(chǎng)比賽進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場(chǎng)數(shù)據(jù)采集和錄像觀察后,從球隊(duì)賽季整體陣容,戰(zhàn)績(jī)情況、球隊(duì)進(jìn)攻、防守、攻防轉(zhuǎn)換能力和犯規(guī)特征幾個(gè)方面研究,以期為球隊(duì)從中總結(jié)出一些經(jīng)驗(yàn)和規(guī)律,指出存在的一些問(wèn)題,為球隊(duì)接下來(lái)的訓(xùn)練和比賽安排提供一些意見。通過(guò)研究,主要得出一下結(jié)論:(1)江蘇女足2016整個(gè)賽季隊(duì)員輪換比較少,比賽中場(chǎng)上隊(duì)員位置變換頻繁,需要提高比賽陣容安排的合理性;(2)球隊(duì)進(jìn)攻能力比較欠缺,戰(zhàn)術(shù)打法比較單一,隊(duì)員傳控球能力不足,需要教練組制定豐富的進(jìn)攻戰(zhàn)術(shù),打造多元化、立體的進(jìn)攻體系;(3)球隊(duì)防守體系相對(duì)比較穩(wěn)固,但還需提高防守的輪轉(zhuǎn)默契度,增強(qiáng)防守的整體性和靈活性;(4)球隊(duì)由守轉(zhuǎn)攻主要發(fā)起方式是搶斷,由攻轉(zhuǎn)守主要是因?yàn)閭髑蚴д`,整個(gè)賽季對(duì)犯規(guī)數(shù)和被出示紅、黃牌數(shù)控制的比較好,整體而言對(duì)隊(duì)員體能、技術(shù)、戰(zhàn)術(shù)相結(jié)合的訓(xùn)練還需加強(qiáng),以此來(lái)提高隊(duì)員在高強(qiáng)度,快節(jié)奏比賽狀態(tài)下的競(jìng)技能力。
[Abstract]:The main research methods of this paper are literature method, field investigation method, video observation method, mathematical statistics method, logic analysis method and contrast analysis method, etc. After the data collection and video observation of 14 matches in the Women's Super League of the 2016 season attended by Jiangsu SUNING women's football team, from the aspects of the team's overall lineup, achievements, team attack, defense, attack and defense conversion ability and foul characteristics, In order to sum up some experiences and rules for the team, point out some problems, and provide some advice for the next training and match arrangement of the team. Through research, The main conclusions are as follows: (1) Jiangsu Women's Football team has fewer rotations throughout the 2016 season, the players' positions in the midfield are frequently changed, and the rationality of the match lineup needs to be improved. (2) the team's offensive ability is relatively deficient, and the tactics are relatively simple. The players' ability to pass and control the ball is not enough, so it is necessary for the coaches to formulate rich offensive tactics, to create a diversified and three-dimensional offensive system.) the defensive system of the team is relatively stable, but it is also necessary to improve the rotation tacit degree of defense. Enhance the integrity and flexibility of defense. The main way of starting the team from defensive to attacking is to steal, and from attack to defense is mainly due to passing errors. The total number of fouls and the number of red and yellow cards are better controlled throughout the season, and the overall physical strength of the players is improved. The combination of technique and tactics should be strengthened to improve the players' competitive ability in high intensity and fast rhythm.
