對(duì)低溫環(huán)境下采用不同強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)糖、脂代謝特征的觀察

【摘要】:目的:了解低溫環(huán)境不同強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)能量消耗特點(diǎn),為冬季項(xiàng)目運(yùn)動(dòng)員的營(yíng)養(yǎng)補(bǔ)充和訓(xùn)練監(jiān)控提供理論依據(jù),也能夠?yàn)槎卷?xiàng)目愛好者的健身提供科學(xué)支撐。方法:選取北京體育大學(xué)有一定訓(xùn)練年限男生10人,采用交叉自身對(duì)照的實(shí)驗(yàn)方法在12℃左右的環(huán)境下進(jìn)行靜息、65%VO2max、80%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)三次測(cè)試。利用固定式氣體代謝儀對(duì)受試者測(cè)試過程中的氣體進(jìn)行采集,每次測(cè)試前后采集指血和靜脈血測(cè)定生化指標(biāo)。結(jié)果:(1)環(huán)境溫度為12℃,安靜時(shí)糖、脂供能比例基本相當(dāng),以65%VO2max強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)糖的供能比例升高,以80%VO2max強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)糖供能占總供能近90%;在靜息、65%VO2max和80%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)三種狀態(tài)中,以80%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)總能耗和糖供能量最高,以65%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)脂肪供能量最高。(2)80%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)20min后血乳酸值顯著升高。65%VO2max強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)20min后血糖值的變化與靜息20min后相比具有顯著性差異。與靜息后相比,以65%VO2max和80%VO2max強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)后血清游離脂肪酸(FFA)水平顯著升高。與運(yùn)動(dòng)前相比,以65%VO2max和80%VO2max強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)后血清FFA水平顯著升高。(3)12℃環(huán)境下靜坐20min后,血清胰島素(Ins)、胰高血糖素(PG)水平顯著下降,Ins下降幅度更大,脂聯(lián)素(ADPN)水平顯著升高。與65%VO2max強(qiáng)度運(yùn)動(dòng)后相比,以80%VO2max強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)后血清兒茶酚胺類激素、Ins與瘦素(LP)水平具有顯著性差異。結(jié)論:(1)當(dāng)環(huán)境溫度為12℃時(shí):安靜時(shí)糖、脂供能比例基本相當(dāng),以65%VO2max強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)糖的供能比例升高,當(dāng)以80%VO2max強(qiáng)度進(jìn)行跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)糖供能占總供能近90%;(2)在靜息、65%VO2max和80%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)三種狀態(tài)中,以80%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)總能耗和糖供能量最高,以65%VO2max強(qiáng)度跑臺(tái)運(yùn)動(dòng)時(shí)脂肪供能量最高。
