【摘要】：投籃技術(shù)作為得分的唯一手段,是籃球技術(shù)中最為核心技術(shù)的之一,在比賽中投籃技術(shù)運用的好壞直接影響比賽的結(jié)果。而身體尚處于發(fā)育期的初中生球員在投籃技術(shù)的運用上與成人有著很大區(qū)別,有其自身獨有的特點。所以本文通過觀看分析第八屆朝陽區(qū)“陽光杯”中小學(xué)生籃球聯(lián)賽初中男子組比賽的錄像,總結(jié)其投籃技術(shù)運用的特點,分析原因,在此基礎(chǔ)上提出符合初中生年齡特點的投籃技術(shù)訓(xùn)練方法,更好的指導(dǎo)朝陽區(qū)各校初中籃球隊的教學(xué)與訓(xùn)練,為其提供理論依據(jù)。并為培養(yǎng)我國青少年籃球人才等方面提供一定的借鑒。本文運用錄像統(tǒng)計、文獻資料、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、邏輯分析等研究方法,對第八屆朝陽區(qū)“陽光杯”中小學(xué)生籃球聯(lián)賽初中男子組比賽中的投籃技術(shù)運用情況進行研究。從初中生球員在不同區(qū)域、不同位置、不同方式、不同防守情況下的投籃次數(shù)和命中率等方面進行了較為系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計和對比分析;從初中生球員的身體因素、技術(shù)因素、心理因素和球隊的戰(zhàn)術(shù)因素等幾個維度,對其在比賽中投籃技術(shù)的運用情況進行了較為深入的剖析。研究認為:在第八屆朝陽區(qū)“陽光杯”中小學(xué)生籃球聯(lián)賽初中男子組的比賽中:1.球員在不同區(qū)域、不同位置、不同方式、不同防守情況下的投籃命中率和罰球命中率均偏低。2.籃下區(qū)域投籃次數(shù)最多、命中率最高,籃下區(qū)域的投籃次數(shù)和命中率對比賽勝負產(chǎn)生最為直接的影響。3.后衛(wèi)的投籃次數(shù)最多,前鋒的命中率最高。后衛(wèi)的投籃次數(shù)和命中率對比賽勝負產(chǎn)生最為直接的影響。4.常用的投籃方式為原地投籃、行進間投籃、跳投。行進間投籃次數(shù)最多,跳投命中率最高。行進間投籃的次數(shù)和命中率對比賽勝負產(chǎn)生最為直接的影響。5.緊逼防守情況下投籃的投籃次數(shù)最多,無干擾投籃情況下投籃的命中率最高。四種防守情況下的投籃次數(shù)和命中率對比賽勝負均產(chǎn)生直接的影響。6.罰球次數(shù)較多,命中率較低。罰球次數(shù)和命中率對比賽勝負產(chǎn)生直接的影響。
[Abstract]:As the only means of scoring, shooting technique is one of the most core techniques in basketball technology. The use of shooting techniques in the game directly affects the results of the game. However, the junior high school players who are still in the developing stage have a great difference in the use of shooting skills with adults. Therefore, by watching and analyzing the video recording of the 8th Chaoyang District "Sunshine Cup" junior high school students' basketball league junior middle school men's group competition, this paper summarizes the characteristics of its shooting technique and analyzes the reasons. On the basis of this, the paper puts forward the shooting technique training method which accords with the junior high school students' age characteristics, which can better guide the teaching and training of junior high school basketball team in Chaoyang district. To provide a theoretical basis, and for the training of youth basketball talent in China to provide a certain reference. This paper uses video statistics, literature, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, This paper studies the application of shooting techniques in junior high school men's group of junior high school basketball league of "Sunshine Cup" in Chaoyang District, 8th. From different regions, different positions and different ways of junior high school students' players, From the aspects of physical factors, technical factors, psychological factors and team tactical factors of junior high school players, the paper makes systematic statistics and comparative analysis on the shooting times and shooting rate under different defense conditions. This paper makes a deep analysis on the application of shooting technique in the competition. The study shows that: in the 8th "Sunshine Cup" junior middle school boys' group of junior high school basketball league in Chaoyang District, the players are in different regions and different positions. Under different defense conditions, the shooting percentage and the free throw hit rate are all on the low .2.The area under the basket has the highest shooting number and the highest hit rate. The number of shots and the percentage of hits in the area under the basket have the most direct influence on the result of the match. 3. The number of shots shot by the guard is the highest. The shooting times and the shooting rate of the guard have the most direct influence on the result of the match. 4. The usual shooting methods are shooting in situ, shooting in the march, shooting in the jump. Shooting rate is the highest. The number of shots and the percentage of shots in the march have the most direct influence on the result of the match. 5. The number of shots shot under the condition of tight defense is the most. The number of shots and the percentage of hits in four kinds of defensive conditions have a direct effect on the result of the game. 6. The number of free throws is more, the number of times of free throw is more, The percentage of hits is low. The number of free throws and the hit rate have a direct impact on the result of the game.
