【摘要】：隨著我國經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,農(nóng)村建設(shè)也成為了當(dāng)今的熱門焦點。近些年中,國家對農(nóng)村的發(fā)展給予了很大的支持,同時也出臺了一系列相應(yīng)的惠農(nóng)政策。農(nóng)村是我國發(fā)展的重要組成部分,農(nóng)村體育的發(fā)展同時也影響著我國現(xiàn)代化體育建設(shè)的發(fā)展進(jìn)程。為了論文的實證性,特選取巴彥高勒鎮(zhèn)為樣本地,通過調(diào)查對其體育活動的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及存在的一些問題進(jìn)行闡述。本文以巴彥高勒鎮(zhèn)體育和村民體育活動作為研究對象,選用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、參與觀察法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法為研究方法,對巴彥高勒鎮(zhèn)村民村落體育活動的狀況及存在的問題進(jìn)行了廣泛研究,通過對巴彥高勒鎮(zhèn)體育活動現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查分析得出以下結(jié)論:首先,村民缺乏體育健身意識,并且體育活動形式單一;其次,村民忙于勞作,體育鍛煉時間不規(guī)律;再次,場地設(shè)施、組織與管理、村民收入情況、傳統(tǒng)文化、季節(jié)性等都是影響村民體育活動順利開展的主要因素。筆者提出的建議如下:1完善場地、設(shè)施、組織管理以及專業(yè)人員的培養(yǎng)。2對村民加強(qiáng)健康、健身知識的宣傳。3根據(jù)季節(jié)的變化,從而開展農(nóng)村特色體育文化的發(fā)展。4解放思想,樹立新觀念,同時加強(qiáng)學(xué)校體育建設(shè),培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的健身意識和習(xí)慣。5優(yōu)化產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu),加強(qiáng)城鄉(xiāng)之間體育交流與發(fā)展,以當(dāng)?shù)靥厣幕瘋鹘y(tǒng)為依托,讓老樹開新花。6建立區(qū)縣、鎮(zhèn)、村三級體育管理長效機(jī)制,加強(qiáng)村級管理,創(chuàng)建以村為單位的村民自組織并具有自生長能力的體育社團(tuán)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's economy, rural construction has become a hot topic. In recent years, the state has given great support to the development of rural areas. At the same time, a series of beneficial policies have been introduced. Rural areas are an important part of the development of our country. The development of rural sports also affects the development process of modern sports construction in China. This paper selects Bayangol Town as a sample place, and expounds the present situation and existing problems of sports activities in Bayangol Town through investigation. This paper takes the sports and villagers' sports activities in Bayangol Town as the research object, and selects the method of literature and materials. Based on questionnaire survey, interview, observation and statistics, this paper makes an extensive study on the situation and problems of village sports activities in Bayangol Town. Through the investigation and analysis of the current situation of sports activities in Bayangol Town, the following conclusions are drawn: first, the villagers lack the consciousness of sports fitness and the form of sports activities is single; secondly, villagers are busy working, sports exercise time is irregular; third, Site facilities, organization and management, villagers' income, traditional culture and seasonality are all the main factors that affect the smooth development of villagers' sports activities. Organizational management and training of professional staff to strengthen villagers' health and fitness knowledge according to seasonal changes, so as to carry out the development of sports culture with rural characteristics, emancipate the mind, set up new ideas, and strengthen the construction of physical education in schools. Cultivate students' fitness consciousness and habit .5 optimize the industrial structure, strengthen the sports exchange and development between urban and rural areas, rely on the cultural tradition with local characteristics, let old trees open new flowers .6 to establish long-term effective mechanism of district, town and village three levels of sports management. Strengthen village level management, establish the village as the unit of the villager self-organization and self-growth ability of sports associations.
