【摘要】：聯(lián)合國"2030可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程"把體育作為支持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要推動力置于顯著的位置,有必要從法哲學的高度闡釋體育與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關系,厘清體育法在可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程中的具體作用。應當從包容、尊重、權能、健康、教育五個方面強化體育法之于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的價值功能,通過完善立法、強化執(zhí)法和司法來彰顯其社會實效。
[Abstract]:The United Nations Sustainable Development agenda 2030 places sport in a prominent position as an important driving force in support of sustainable development, and it is necessary to interpret the relationship between sport and sustainable development from the perspective of the philosophy of law. To clarify the specific role of sports law in the sustainable development agenda. We should strengthen the value function of sports law to sustainable development from five aspects: inclusiveness, respect, power, health and education, and perfect legislation. Strengthen law enforcement and justice to demonstrate its social effectiveness.
