【摘要】：聯(lián)合國(guó)"2030可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程"把體育作為支持可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要推動(dòng)力置于顯著的位置,有必要從法哲學(xué)的高度闡釋體育與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的關(guān)系,厘清體育法在可持續(xù)發(fā)展議程中的具體作用。應(yīng)當(dāng)從包容、尊重、權(quán)能、健康、教育五個(gè)方面強(qiáng)化體育法之于可持續(xù)發(fā)展的價(jià)值功能,通過(guò)完善立法、強(qiáng)化執(zhí)法和司法來(lái)彰顯其社會(huì)實(shí)效。
[Abstract]:The United Nations Sustainable Development agenda 2030 places sport in a prominent position as an important driving force in support of sustainable development, and it is necessary to interpret the relationship between sport and sustainable development from the perspective of the philosophy of law. To clarify the specific role of sports law in the sustainable development agenda. We should strengthen the value function of sports law to sustainable development from five aspects: inclusiveness, respect, power, health and education, and perfect legislation. Strengthen law enforcement and justice to demonstrate its social effectiveness.
