【摘要】:體育院校是我國培養(yǎng)體育類人才的搖籃,體育院校的教學(xué)質(zhì)量也受到家長和學(xué)生的關(guān)注。影響體育院校教學(xué)質(zhì)量的因素眾多,而課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量的高低是衡量教學(xué)質(zhì)量高低的標(biāo)尺之一。在課堂中,教師的教學(xué)行為無疑是左右教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要一環(huán)。教師教學(xué)行為是否對(duì)作為教學(xué)活動(dòng)主體方面的學(xué)生產(chǎn)生影響,使其發(fā)揮學(xué)習(xí)的內(nèi)在主動(dòng)性,激發(fā)學(xué)生主動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)的態(tài)度,這是本文研究的重點(diǎn)。本文以體育院;@球教師教學(xué)行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的影響為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合實(shí)證,運(yùn)用訪談法、問卷調(diào)查法、文獻(xiàn)資料法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)等方法研究體育院;@球教師教學(xué)行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響特點(diǎn)。研究結(jié)果如下:1、籃球教師講授行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響:在籃球教師講授行為中,對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有顯著影響的是:“講解思路清晰、有邏輯性”和“講解簡潔、突出重點(diǎn)”;學(xué)生因性別、專業(yè)的不同籃球教師講授行為對(duì)其學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異;因教師性別和年齡的不同其講授行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異。2、籃球教師示范行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響:在籃球教師示范行為中,對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有顯著影響的是:“示范與講解有效結(jié)合”和“技戰(zhàn)術(shù)示范流暢規(guī)范”;學(xué)生因性別、年級(jí)、專業(yè)的不同籃球教師示范行為對(duì)其學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度的影響有差異;因教師性別、年齡的不同其示范行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異。3、籃球教師總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響:在籃球教師總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)行為中,對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有顯著影響的是:“指導(dǎo)動(dòng)作能讓學(xué)生領(lǐng)悟要點(diǎn)、難點(diǎn)”和“及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)學(xué)生錯(cuò)誤動(dòng)作用有效方法糾正”;學(xué)生因性別、專業(yè)的不同籃球教師總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)行為對(duì)其學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異;因教師年齡的不同其總結(jié)評(píng)價(jià)行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異。4、籃球教師動(dòng)機(jī)激發(fā)行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響:在籃球教師動(dòng)機(jī)激發(fā)行為中,對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有顯著影響的是:“教學(xué)結(jié)合學(xué)生需要、學(xué)習(xí)能力和水平”:學(xué)生因年級(jí)、性別、專業(yè)的不同籃球教師動(dòng)機(jī)激發(fā)行為對(duì)其學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異;因教師年齡的不同其動(dòng)機(jī)激發(fā)行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異。5、籃球教師管理行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響:在籃球教師管理行為中,對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度有顯著影響的是:“創(chuàng)建師生溫暖、友好融洽的環(huán)境”和“教學(xué)組織嚴(yán)密、有條不紊”;學(xué)生因性別、專業(yè)的不同籃球教師管理行為對(duì)其學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異;因教師性別、年齡的不同其管理行為對(duì)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度影響有差異。
[Abstract]:Physical education colleges are the cradle of cultivating sports talents in our country. The teaching quality of physical education colleges is also concerned by parents and students. There are many factors that affect the teaching quality of sports colleges and universities. The quality of classroom teaching is one of the yardsticks to measure the quality of teaching. The teacher's teaching behavior is undoubtedly an important part of the quality of teaching. Whether the teacher's teaching behavior has an impact on the students as the main body of teaching activities, so that they play the intrinsic initiative of learning. This paper takes the influence of basketball teachers' teaching behavior on students' learning attitude as the research object, combined with empirical evidence, the use of interview method, questionnaire method. The influence of basketball teachers' teaching behavior on students' learning attitude is studied by the methods of literature and mathematical statistics. The results are as follows: 1. The influence of teaching behavior of basketball teachers on students' learning attitude: in the teaching behavior of basketball teachers, what has significant influence on students' learning attitude is: "explaining ideas clearly and logically" and "explaining succinctly and highlighting key points"; The influence of teaching behavior of different basketball teachers on their learning attitude is different because of their gender and specialty. The influence of teaching behavior on students' learning attitude is different because of teachers' gender and age, and basketball teachers' demonstration behavior has influence on students' learning attitude: in basketball teachers' demonstration behavior. What has significant influence on students' learning attitude is: "effective combination of demonstration and explanation" and "fluent specification of technical and tactical demonstration"; The influence of different basketball teachers' demonstration behavior on their learning attitude is different because of their gender, grade and specialty. Because of teachers' gender and age, the influence of demonstration behavior on students' learning attitude is different. Basketball teachers' summing up and evaluating behavior has influence on students' learning attitude: in basketball teachers' summing up and evaluating behavior. What has significant influence on students' learning attitude is: "guiding action can let students understand the main points and difficulties" and "finding students' wrong actions in time with effective methods to correct them"; The influence of different basketball teachers' evaluation behavior on their learning attitude is different because of their gender and specialty. Because of the different ages of teachers, the influence of summing up and evaluating behavior on students' learning attitude is different. 4. Basketball teachers' motivational behavior affects students' learning attitude: in basketball teachers' motivational behavior. What has significant influence on students' learning attitude is: "combining teaching with students' needs, learning ability and level": students' motivational behavior of different basketball teachers has different influence on their learning attitude because of grade, gender and specialty; Because of the different age of teachers, the motivational motivational behavior has different influence on the students' learning attitude. 5. The influence of basketball teachers' management behavior on students' learning attitude: in the basketball teachers' management behavior.
