【摘要】：根據(jù)西方現(xiàn)代體育全球化歷程、民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展危機(jī),以及國外民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展和研究現(xiàn)狀,本文以民族傳統(tǒng)體育和“一帶一路”為研究對象,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、邏輯分析法、敘事分析法,從“一帶一路”相關(guān)理念視角出發(fā),探討“一帶一路”對民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展的啟示,以及民族傳統(tǒng)體育在“一帶一路”理念及建設(shè)背景下的發(fā)展機(jī)遇、發(fā)展動(dòng)力與發(fā)展方略。第一,結(jié)合歷史唯物主義,認(rèn)為:民族傳統(tǒng)體育當(dāng)代發(fā)展面臨的危機(jī)是人們運(yùn)用民族傳統(tǒng)體育達(dá)成目標(biāo)的能力亟須解放、有待提高。通過梳理國外民族傳統(tǒng)體育研究與發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,發(fā)現(xiàn)“民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展”實(shí)際上已是全球性問題,全球范圍內(nèi)的民族傳統(tǒng)體育有著相同處境與同一發(fā)展訴求�！耙粠б宦贰比祟惷\(yùn)共同體理念的啟示是:全球范圍內(nèi)以社群、民族、國家為單位的民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展實(shí)踐主體應(yīng)該順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流,強(qiáng)化利益、命運(yùn)、責(zé)任共同體意識(shí),建立對話關(guān)系與合作機(jī)制,聯(lián)合推動(dòng)民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展。“一帶一路”包容性全球化理念的啟示是:民族傳統(tǒng)體育應(yīng)該以多樣化發(fā)展為基礎(chǔ)、積極主動(dòng)實(shí)踐全球化發(fā)展,世界范圍內(nèi)的相關(guān)實(shí)踐主體應(yīng)該加強(qiáng)合作、互聯(lián)互通,聯(lián)合推動(dòng)民族傳統(tǒng)體育全球化發(fā)展與多樣化發(fā)展的統(tǒng)一。第二,民族傳統(tǒng)體育全球化發(fā)展與多樣化發(fā)展相統(tǒng)一,是總結(jié)民族傳統(tǒng)體育現(xiàn)實(shí)發(fā)展經(jīng)驗(yàn)做出的理性選擇。隨著“一帶一路”建設(shè)持續(xù)穩(wěn)步推進(jìn),民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展將迎來轉(zhuǎn)換實(shí)踐主體、轉(zhuǎn)換碰撞對象的機(jī)遇,也即,以社群、民族、國家為單位的相關(guān)主體,將轉(zhuǎn)換為高度互動(dòng)化、相關(guān)化的民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展實(shí)踐的人們共同體;順應(yīng)不同文明交流互鑒的時(shí)代潮流與召喚,通過民族傳統(tǒng)體育多元展現(xiàn)、互學(xué)互鑒、取長補(bǔ)短、互通有無,本民族的傳統(tǒng)體育的碰撞對象將轉(zhuǎn)換為他民族的傳統(tǒng)體育,而不是西方現(xiàn)代體育。這將有利于世界民族傳統(tǒng)體育的文化自覺、特色重構(gòu)、身份重建與認(rèn)同。第三,從“社會(huì)身份”角度理解民族傳統(tǒng)體育及其發(fā)展,“一帶一路”相關(guān)理念及建設(shè)背景下,民族傳統(tǒng)體育的發(fā)展將得到三方面動(dòng)力:重新樹立民族傳統(tǒng)體育政治身份的動(dòng)力、強(qiáng)化民族傳統(tǒng)體育經(jīng)濟(jì)身份的動(dòng)力,以及彰顯民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化身份的動(dòng)力。第四,根據(jù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育在“一帶一路”背景下的發(fā)展機(jī)遇和發(fā)展動(dòng)力,構(gòu)建相應(yīng)的發(fā)展方略:(一)推動(dòng)命運(yùn)共同體理念傳播與認(rèn)同,以明確民族傳統(tǒng)體育發(fā)展實(shí)踐的全球相關(guān)實(shí)質(zhì)、推動(dòng)相關(guān)實(shí)踐主體建立對話合作與交流互動(dòng)關(guān)系。(二)拓展多領(lǐng)域?qū)υ捄献�、交流互�?dòng)路徑——廣泛推動(dòng)相關(guān)國家民族傳統(tǒng)體育公共外交,加強(qiáng)建設(shè)民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化產(chǎn)業(yè)合作平臺(tái),著力推進(jìn)民族傳統(tǒng)體育多元展現(xiàn)、互通有無,積極開展民族傳統(tǒng)體育學(xué)術(shù)往來、人才培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:According to the process of western modern sports globalization, the crisis of the development of traditional national sports, and the current situation of the development and research of foreign national traditional sports, this paper takes traditional national sports and "Belt and Road" as the research object. This paper discusses the enlightenment of Belt and Road to the development of traditional national sports from the perspective of the related concepts of Belt and Road by using the methods of literature, logic analysis and narrative analysis. And the national traditional sports in the "Belt and Road" concept and construction under the background of development opportunities, development momentum and development strategy. First, combined with historical materialism. It is believed that the crisis in the contemporary development of traditional national sports is that the ability of people to use traditional national sports to achieve their goals needs to be liberated and to be improved. Through combing the research and development status quo of traditional national sports in foreign countries. It is found that the development of traditional national sports is actually a global problem. The traditional national sports in the world have the same situation and the same development demand. The inspiration of the "Belt and Road" concept of human destiny community is: the global community, the nation. The national traditional sports development practice should conform to the trend of the times, strengthen the interests, destiny, sense of responsibility community, establish dialogue relationship and cooperation mechanism. The inspiration of "Belt and Road" concept of inclusive globalization is that traditional national sports should be based on diversified development and actively practice the development of globalization. The relevant practice subjects in the world should strengthen cooperation, interconnection, and jointly promote the development of traditional national sports globalization and diversification of the unity. Second. The integration of globalization and diversification of traditional national sports is a rational choice to sum up the practical development experience of traditional national sports. With the construction of "Belt and Road" continues to advance steadily. The development of traditional national sports will ushered in the transformation of the subject of practice and the opportunity to change the object of collision, that is, the related subject, which is the unit of community, nationality and country, will be transformed into highly interactive. Related to the development of traditional national sports practice of people community; Comply with the trend and call of different civilizations exchange and learn from each other, through the pluralistic display of traditional national sports, learn from each other, learn from each other, exchange needs. The collision object of the traditional sports of this nation will be transformed into the traditional sports of the other nation, but not the modern western sports, which will benefit the cultural consciousness and the reconstruction of the characteristics of the traditional sports of the world nation. Third, from the perspective of "social identity" to understand the traditional national sports and its development, "Belt and Road" related concepts and construction background. The development of national traditional sports will get three aspects of power: to re-establish the political identity of traditional national sports, and to strengthen the economic identity of traditional national sports. And show the national traditional sports culture identity power. 4th, according to the national traditional sports under the "Belt and Road" background development opportunities and development momentum. Build the corresponding development strategy: (1) promote the concept of the Community of fate spread and identity, in order to clarify the national traditional sports development practice of the global related essence. Promote the establishment of dialogue and cooperation and exchange interaction relationship. (2) expand the multi-field dialogue and cooperation, exchange interactive path-widely promote the national traditional sports public diplomacy of the countries concerned. Strengthen the construction of the national traditional sports cultural industry cooperation platform, and strive to promote the national traditional sports multi-display, exchange needs, actively carry out the academic exchanges of traditional national sports, talent training.
