農(nóng)村學(xué)校體育課程資源的開發(fā)與利用研究

【摘要】: 課程資源是新一輪國(guó)家基礎(chǔ)教育課程改革所提出的一個(gè)重要概念。目前對(duì)此領(lǐng)域的研究,尚興起不久,尤其是在農(nóng)村學(xué)校開發(fā)運(yùn)用體育課程資源方面的研究,更是不多。針對(duì)我國(guó)絕大多數(shù)農(nóng)村學(xué)校條件簡(jiǎn)陋、基礎(chǔ)差這一狀況,通過教學(xué)試驗(yàn)研究,探索農(nóng)村體育課程資源的開發(fā)途徑與機(jī)制,就具有重要的理論和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料、訪談?wù){(diào)查、問卷調(diào)查和行動(dòng)研究等方法,以教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)的案例操作,對(duì)農(nóng)村學(xué)校——湖南省懷化麻陽農(nóng)村中小學(xué),進(jìn)行體育課程資源的開發(fā)與利用研究。研究結(jié)果表明:農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育與健康課程資源水平低,表現(xiàn)在:1)體育人力資源方面:體育教師總體學(xué)歷偏低,職稱結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,高職稱教師數(shù)量少,教師平均年齡偏低,男女教師比例失調(diào),女教師數(shù)量偏少;2)體育設(shè)施資源方面:體育基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施較差,不能滿足教學(xué)訓(xùn)練的要求,時(shí)間和場(chǎng)地得不到保障;自然地理資源雖然很豐富,但學(xué)校體育課程開發(fā)與利用自然地理資源卻嚴(yán)重不足;3)體育課程內(nèi)容資源方面:依然是以傳統(tǒng)競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)容為主,在鄉(xiāng)土體育運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目資源的開發(fā)上,總量較少,開發(fā)的能力匱乏,開發(fā)的實(shí)踐價(jià)值未獲認(rèn)可,開發(fā)缺乏地方特色,缺乏系統(tǒng)性與連貫性,課外、校外課程資源內(nèi)容單一。本研究通過對(duì)鄉(xiāng)土體育項(xiàng)目在農(nóng)村學(xué)校的“引進(jìn)---篩選---改造---整合”的開發(fā)模式和由點(diǎn)到面、有效互動(dòng)、連片開發(fā)、螺旋上升的運(yùn)行推廣機(jī)制,有助于彌補(bǔ)現(xiàn)有農(nóng)村體育教學(xué)內(nèi)容和條件的不足,有助于更多的農(nóng)村學(xué)校根據(jù)這一運(yùn)行模式,結(jié)合其自身的地域特點(diǎn)對(duì)體育課程開發(fā)與利用,以此來吸引廣大農(nóng)村學(xué)校中更多的學(xué)生積極參加體育活動(dòng),幫助學(xué)生獲得更多的體育與健康的知識(shí)和技能。為促進(jìn)學(xué)生的身體健康和個(gè)性多樣化發(fā)展服務(wù)。 本文最后建議:積極開發(fā)利用鄉(xiāng)土體育資源是提高農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育教育質(zhì)量的有效途徑之一,也是提高農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)質(zhì)量的重要舉措;要深化農(nóng)村中小學(xué)的體育課程改革,應(yīng)該引入更多的鄉(xiāng)土體育項(xiàng)目進(jìn)入農(nóng)村中小學(xué),把鄉(xiāng)土體育跟社區(qū)體育相結(jié)合;建立鄉(xiāng)土體育資源庫;加大對(duì)鄉(xiāng)土體育的宣傳力度,積極營(yíng)造校園體育文化氛圍;建立專業(yè)師資培訓(xùn)機(jī)制;發(fā)揮鄉(xiāng)土體育資源應(yīng)有的優(yōu)勢(shì),體現(xiàn)農(nóng)村體育的彈性和地方特色。同時(shí)指出鄉(xiāng)土體育資源的開發(fā)與利用應(yīng)以農(nóng)村中小學(xué)體育目標(biāo)、學(xué)生身心發(fā)展特點(diǎn)、客觀教學(xué)條件為依據(jù);體現(xiàn)鄉(xiāng)土體育文化知識(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)技能的傳承,鄉(xiāng)土體育能力、情感及價(jià)值觀的培養(yǎng)和良好心理品質(zhì)培養(yǎng)。
[Abstract]:Curriculum resources is an important concept put forward in the new round of national basic education curriculum reform. At present, the research on this field is not long since, especially in the development and application of physical education curriculum resources in rural schools. In view of the condition of most rural schools in our country is simple and poor, through teaching experiment and research, explore the way and mechanism of the development of rural physical education curriculum resources. It has important theoretical and practical significance. By using the methods of literature, interview, questionnaire and action research, this paper applies the case of teaching experiment to the rural middle and primary schools in Huaihua, Hunan Province. Research on the development and utilization of physical education curriculum resources. The results show that: the level of physical education and health curriculum resources in rural primary and secondary schools is low, manifested in the aspect of sports human resources: physical education teachers' overall academic qualifications are on the low side. The structure of professional title is unreasonable, the number of teachers with high title is small, the average age of teachers is low, the ratio of male and female teachers is imbalance, the number of female teachers is on the low side; 2) Sports facilities resources: sports infrastructure is poor, can not meet the requirements of teaching and training, time and space can not be guaranteed; Although the natural geographical resources are very rich, the exploitation and utilization of physical education curriculum in schools are seriously insufficient. 3) physical education curriculum content resources: it is still based on the traditional sports content, in the development of local sports project resources, the total amount is less, the ability of development is scarce. The practical value of development is not recognized, the development lacks of local characteristics, lack of system and consistency, extracurricular. The content of out-of-school curriculum resources is single. This study through the rural sports projects in rural schools "introduction-screening-transformation-integration" development model and from point to face, effective interaction, continuous development. The spiraling running and popularizing mechanism will help to make up for the deficiency of the existing rural physical education teaching content and conditions, and help more rural schools to operate according to this mode. Combined with its own regional characteristics of physical education curriculum development and utilization, in order to attract more students in rural schools to actively participate in sports activities. To help students acquire more knowledge and skills of physical education and health. Finally, it is suggested that the active development and utilization of local sports resources is one of the effective ways to improve the quality of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools, and is also an important measure to improve the quality of physical education in rural primary and secondary schools. In order to deepen the reform of physical education curriculum in rural primary and secondary schools, more rural sports items should be introduced into rural primary and secondary schools, combining local sports with community sports; Establishing the local sports resource bank; Strengthen the propaganda of local sports, and actively create the campus sports culture atmosphere; Establishing a mechanism for professional teacher training; At the same time, it points out that the development and utilization of rural sports resources should be based on the rural primary and secondary school sports goals, students' physical and mental development characteristics. Objective teaching conditions as the basis; It embodies the inheritance of local sports knowledge and sports skills, the cultivation of local sports ability, emotion and values, and the cultivation of good psychological quality.
