體育院校運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)游泳專(zhuān)修課程設(shè)置優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:體育院校的游泳專(zhuān)修課程作為運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)的主干術(shù)科課程之一,在我國(guó)的體育院校術(shù)科教學(xué)中的地位十分重要,其游泳教學(xué)大綱是游泳專(zhuān)修課程設(shè)置情況的具體體現(xiàn)。本文通過(guò)對(duì)我國(guó)10所高等體育院校運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)游泳專(zhuān)修的課程設(shè)置(教學(xué)大綱)進(jìn)行比較和分析,以在各高等體育院校一線從事游泳教學(xué)的專(zhuān)家為問(wèn)卷調(diào)查對(duì)象,并將這兩部分材料所得的數(shù)據(jù)作為分析對(duì)象,以SPSS 16.0軟件為數(shù)據(jù)處理工具,體育相關(guān)科學(xué)研究方法,對(duì)考核與評(píng)價(jià)以及教材等方面的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析和研究,提出優(yōu)化體育院校運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)游泳專(zhuān)修課程設(shè)置的優(yōu)化辦法。旨在為院校游泳專(zhuān)項(xiàng)人才的培養(yǎng)提供一定的理論依據(jù)和提高院校運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)的游泳專(zhuān)修課程的教學(xué)質(zhì)量。研究結(jié)果表明:一、十所高等體育院校運(yùn)訓(xùn)專(zhuān)業(yè)游泳專(zhuān)修課課程的優(yōu)化勢(shì)在必行。二、游泳專(zhuān)修課程設(shè)置過(guò)多的教學(xué)內(nèi)容,導(dǎo)致教學(xué)過(guò)程中重點(diǎn)不突出,教學(xué)任務(wù)難以完成。為改變這種情況,通過(guò)專(zhuān)家問(wèn)卷調(diào)查結(jié)果合理劃分出教學(xué)內(nèi)容中主體與擴(kuò)展部分內(nèi)容,為游泳任課教師在選擇教學(xué)內(nèi)容,突出教學(xué)重點(diǎn)提供理論參考。三、十所高等體育院校運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)游泳專(zhuān)修課課程的優(yōu)化應(yīng)從教學(xué)目標(biāo)、課程教學(xué)內(nèi)容、教學(xué)時(shí)數(shù)、考核評(píng)價(jià)、教學(xué)用書(shū)五個(gè)方面入手進(jìn)行優(yōu)化改革設(shè)置。四、十所體育院校運(yùn)動(dòng)訓(xùn)練專(zhuān)業(yè)游泳專(zhuān)修課程設(shè)置的優(yōu)化建議還有待實(shí)踐的進(jìn)一步檢驗(yàn)。
[Abstract]:As one of the main courses in sports training major, the swimming specialized course in physical education colleges plays an important role in the teaching of sports colleges and universities in our country. The swimming teaching syllabus is the concrete embodiment of the swimming specialized courses. This paper compares and analyzes the courses (syllabus) of the swimming specialties in 10 sports colleges and universities in China. Taking the experts who are engaged in swimming teaching in various physical education colleges as the objects of questionnaire, taking the data obtained from these two parts as the analysis object, taking the software SPSS 16.0 as the data processing tool. Sports related scientific research methods, assessment and evaluation as well as teaching materials and other aspects of the status of analysis and research. This paper puts forward the optimized method of optimizing the swimming specialized courses of sports training major in physical education colleges, aiming at providing certain theoretical basis for the training of specialized swimming talents in colleges and universities and improving the swimming specialized courses of sports training major in colleges and universities. Quality of teaching. The results of the study show that:. One. It is imperative to optimize the swimming specialized courses in 10 sports colleges and universities. Secondly, the excessive teaching content of swimming specialized courses leads to the lack of emphasis in the teaching process. The teaching task is difficult to complete. In order to change this situation, the main body and the expanded part of the teaching content are reasonably divided by the result of the expert questionnaire, so that the teachers of swimming course are choosing the teaching content. Three, ten sports colleges and universities should optimize the swimming course of sports training specialty from the teaching goal, the teaching content, the teaching hours, the examination and evaluation. Four and ten sports colleges and universities of sports training major swimming courses to optimize the proposal to be further tested by practice.
