【摘要】:目的:通過觀察三種不同強(qiáng)度監(jiān)控方式(HR、RPB、RPE)下16周動(dòng)感單車有氧運(yùn)動(dòng)對50~59歲無規(guī)律鍛煉的中年女性心肺功能的影響,旨在探討更佳的運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度監(jiān)控方式,以期為中年女性科學(xué)化健身運(yùn)動(dòng)強(qiáng)度的控制提供實(shí)驗(yàn)參考依據(jù)。方法:本文采用文獻(xiàn)資料法、實(shí)驗(yàn)法和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法對通過社會(huì)招募選取自愿參與鍛煉的西安市50~59歲無規(guī)律鍛煉中年女性人群30名作為實(shí)驗(yàn)組,受試對象在三種不同強(qiáng)度監(jiān)控的方式(HR、RPB、RPE)下進(jìn)行16周動(dòng)感單車運(yùn)動(dòng)鍛煉。實(shí)驗(yàn)前后進(jìn)行心肺功能指標(biāo)的測試,所得數(shù)據(jù)運(yùn)用SPSS17.0軟件進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)分析,以平均數(shù)±標(biāo)準(zhǔn)差(x±s)表示,組內(nèi)實(shí)驗(yàn)前后比較采用配對樣本T檢驗(yàn),組間相比較用單因素方差分析,以p0.05為有顯著性差異。結(jié)果:(1)經(jīng)過16周的動(dòng)感單車的鍛煉后,在HR監(jiān)控組中,安靜HR降低,有非常顯著性差異(p0.01),EF%、VO2max、AT-load、AT-VO2、AT到達(dá)時(shí)間較運(yùn)動(dòng)前提高,有顯著性差異(p0.05)。(2)在RPB監(jiān)控組,VO2max、AT-VO2較運(yùn)動(dòng)前提高,有顯著性差異(p0.05),到達(dá)通氣AT時(shí)間較實(shí)驗(yàn)前有明顯的延長(p0.01)。(3)RPE監(jiān)控組中,VO2max、VEmax較實(shí)驗(yàn)前提高,有顯著性差異(p0.05),到達(dá)通氣AT時(shí)間較實(shí)驗(yàn)前延長,有顯著性差異(p0.05)。(4)三組監(jiān)控方式之間相比較,HR監(jiān)控組內(nèi)數(shù)據(jù)HR、CO、VEmax、AT-VO2、AT-%VO2max、AT-VE、AT-load、AT到達(dá)時(shí)間與RPB、RPE之間有顯著性差異(p0.05)。結(jié)論:(1)經(jīng)16周的動(dòng)感單車鍛煉后,三組受試者的心、肺功能以及有氧能力均有上升,說明16周動(dòng)感單車運(yùn)動(dòng)可以增強(qiáng)中年女性心肺功能。(2)三種不同監(jiān)控方式下,16周動(dòng)感單車運(yùn)動(dòng)對受試者心肺功能鍛煉效果HR監(jiān)控方式要優(yōu)于RPE、RPB監(jiān)控方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of 16 weeks cycle aerobic exercise on cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged women aged 50 to 59 years without regular exercise. The purpose of this study was to explore a better exercise intensity monitoring method in order to provide an experimental reference for the scientific exercise intensity control of middle-aged women. Methods: the literature method was used in this paper. The experiment method and data statistics method were used to select 30 middle-aged female group of 50 ~ 59 years old who took part in exercise voluntarily in Xi'an city through social recruitment. Subjects were subjected to 16 weeks of dynamic cycling exercise under three different intensity monitoring methods. Cardiopulmonary function indexes were measured before and after the experiment. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software and expressed as mean 鹵standard deviation (x 鹵s). Results: after 16 weeks of exercise, quiet HR decreased in HR monitoring group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (p 0.01). The AT arrival time of AT-load AT-VO2T was higher than that before exercise. There was a significant difference (P 0.05) in the RPB monitoring group (P < 0.05). The AT-VO _ 2 of VO _ 2 was significantly higher than that before exercise (P < 0.05). The time to reach the ventilation AT was significantly longer than that before the experiment (p 0.01. 0. 05). In the RPE monitoring group, the VO 2 maxn VEmax was significantly higher than that before the experiment (p 0. 05). The time to reach AT was longer than that before the experiment, and there was significant difference between the three groups. AT-VO2 / AT-VO _ 2maxn AT-VEAT-load AT-load AT arrival time and RPB. Conclusion: after 16 weeks of dynamic cycling exercise, the heart, lung function and aerobic capacity of the three groups increased. The results showed that 16 weeks cycle exercise could enhance cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged women. The effect of 16-week cycle exercise on cardiopulmonary exercise was better than that of RPE- RPB.
