【摘要】:目的:通過觀察三種不同強度監(jiān)控方式(HR、RPB、RPE)下16周動感單車有氧運動對50~59歲無規(guī)律鍛煉的中年女性心肺功能的影響,旨在探討更佳的運動強度監(jiān)控方式,以期為中年女性科學化健身運動強度的控制提供實驗參考依據(jù)。方法:本文采用文獻資料法、實驗法和數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計法對通過社會招募選取自愿參與鍛煉的西安市50~59歲無規(guī)律鍛煉中年女性人群30名作為實驗組,受試對象在三種不同強度監(jiān)控的方式(HR、RPB、RPE)下進行16周動感單車運動鍛煉。實驗前后進行心肺功能指標的測試,所得數(shù)據(jù)運用SPSS17.0軟件進行統(tǒng)計學分析,以平均數(shù)±標準差(x±s)表示,組內實驗前后比較采用配對樣本T檢驗,組間相比較用單因素方差分析,以p0.05為有顯著性差異。結果:(1)經過16周的動感單車的鍛煉后,在HR監(jiān)控組中,安靜HR降低,有非常顯著性差異(p0.01),EF%、VO2max、AT-load、AT-VO2、AT到達時間較運動前提高,有顯著性差異(p0.05)。(2)在RPB監(jiān)控組,VO2max、AT-VO2較運動前提高,有顯著性差異(p0.05),到達通氣AT時間較實驗前有明顯的延長(p0.01)。(3)RPE監(jiān)控組中,VO2max、VEmax較實驗前提高,有顯著性差異(p0.05),到達通氣AT時間較實驗前延長,有顯著性差異(p0.05)。(4)三組監(jiān)控方式之間相比較,HR監(jiān)控組內數(shù)據(jù)HR、CO、VEmax、AT-VO2、AT-%VO2max、AT-VE、AT-load、AT到達時間與RPB、RPE之間有顯著性差異(p0.05)。結論:(1)經16周的動感單車鍛煉后,三組受試者的心、肺功能以及有氧能力均有上升,說明16周動感單車運動可以增強中年女性心肺功能。(2)三種不同監(jiān)控方式下,16周動感單車運動對受試者心肺功能鍛煉效果HR監(jiān)控方式要優(yōu)于RPE、RPB監(jiān)控方式。
[Abstract]:Objective: to observe the effect of 16 weeks cycle aerobic exercise on cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged women aged 50 to 59 years without regular exercise. The purpose of this study was to explore a better exercise intensity monitoring method in order to provide an experimental reference for the scientific exercise intensity control of middle-aged women. Methods: the literature method was used in this paper. The experiment method and data statistics method were used to select 30 middle-aged female group of 50 ~ 59 years old who took part in exercise voluntarily in Xi'an city through social recruitment. Subjects were subjected to 16 weeks of dynamic cycling exercise under three different intensity monitoring methods. Cardiopulmonary function indexes were measured before and after the experiment. The data were analyzed by SPSS17.0 software and expressed as mean 鹵standard deviation (x 鹵s). Results: after 16 weeks of exercise, quiet HR decreased in HR monitoring group. There was a significant difference between the two groups (p 0.01). The AT arrival time of AT-load AT-VO2T was higher than that before exercise. There was a significant difference (P 0.05) in the RPB monitoring group (P < 0.05). The AT-VO _ 2 of VO _ 2 was significantly higher than that before exercise (P < 0.05). The time to reach the ventilation AT was significantly longer than that before the experiment (p 0.01. 0. 05). In the RPE monitoring group, the VO 2 maxn VEmax was significantly higher than that before the experiment (p 0. 05). The time to reach AT was longer than that before the experiment, and there was significant difference between the three groups. AT-VO2 / AT-VO _ 2maxn AT-VEAT-load AT-load AT arrival time and RPB. Conclusion: after 16 weeks of dynamic cycling exercise, the heart, lung function and aerobic capacity of the three groups increased. The results showed that 16 weeks cycle exercise could enhance cardiopulmonary function of middle-aged women. The effect of 16-week cycle exercise on cardiopulmonary exercise was better than that of RPE- RPB.
