【摘要】：乒乓球國際級藍牌裁判培訓視頻是國際乒乓球聯(lián)合會為了順應乒乓球裁判隊伍建設的需要,更好、更快、更有效地提高和統(tǒng)一裁判員執(zhí)裁水平和方式而組織拍攝的一組系列教學視頻。該視頻已于2014年1月制作完成并投入使用。培訓視頻的誕生,為國際乒乓球裁判培訓事業(yè)做出了巨大的貢獻,具有非常重大的意義。為了更加充分地研究培訓視頻的實踐和理論價值,本文首先運用參與觀察法和專家訪談法對視頻研制過程的各個環(huán)節(jié)進行總結陳述;隨即結合教育學的相關理論對視頻在教學雙重屬性下的應用效果進行探究；最后通過運用問卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法獲得并整理相關數(shù)據(jù),套用傳播學“議程設置理論”模型分析培訓視頻的傳播效果。結論如下：1.乒乓球國際級藍牌裁判培訓視頻經(jīng)過腳本寫作、道具準備、影像采集、聲音錄入以及后期編輯五個研制環(huán)節(jié)。表達形式符合影視要求,表達內(nèi)容通過國際乒聯(lián)的審批,已于國際級藍牌裁判培訓的提高課程中投入使用。2.28集系列培訓視頻內(nèi)容的注入,以及視頻研制過程中對于執(zhí)裁規(guī)則的修改和添加,進一步補充和完善了裁判員提高培訓課程的內(nèi)容。培訓視頻在其教學視頻屬性下體現(xiàn)出直接而充分的應用效果。3.作為一種多媒體的教學方法,系列培訓視頻通過規(guī)范專家培訓方法、擴大培訓規(guī)模以及提高培訓效率三個方面體現(xiàn)了其視頻教學屬性下的應用效果。4.鑒于傳播學“議程設置理論”構建的三種模式：知曉模式、顯著和優(yōu)先模式、衍生模式來分析調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),總體來講,無論是培訓專家還是參加培訓的裁判員,都對視頻的傳播效果給予了趨向于“非常滿意”的認可程度。表明視頻的制作達到了之前的預期,獲得了較理想的傳播效果。
[Abstract]:Table tennis international blue card referee training video is the International Table Tennis Federation in order to meet the needs of the construction of table tennis referees, better, faster. A series of instructional videos organized to improve and harmonize more effectively the referees' level and manner of adjudication. The video was produced and put into use in January 2014. The birth of the training video. For the international table tennis referee training cause has made a great contribution, has a very great significance. In order to fully study the practice and theoretical value of training video. Firstly, this paper uses the method of participating observation and expert interview to summarize and state each link in the process of video development. Then combined with the relevant theory of pedagogy to explore the application effect of video in teaching dual attributes; Finally, through the use of questionnaires and mathematical statistics to obtain and collate the relevant data. Using the "agenda setting theory" model of communication science to analyze the transmission effect of training video. The conclusions are as follows: 1. Table tennis international blue card referee training video through script writing, props preparation, video capture. Voice input and later editing of five development links. The form of expression meets the requirements of the film and television, the content of the expression through the approval of the International Table Tennis Federation. Has been used in the international blue card referee training enhancement courses. 2.28 series of training video content injection, as well as the video development process for the implementation of the rules of modification and addition. Further complements and perfects the referee to improve the training course content. The training video reflects the direct and full application effect under its teaching video attribute. 3. As a kind of multimedia teaching method. Series of training videos by standardizing expert training methods. Expanding the scale of training and improving training efficiency reflect the application effect under the attribute of video teaching. 4. In view of the communication theory of "agenda setting theory", there are three models: "knowing mode". Significant and priority models, derivative models to analyze survey data, generally speaking, whether it is a training expert or participate in the training of referees. The results show that the video production has reached the previous expectation and achieved a better communication effect.
