【摘要】：NBA是全球范圍內(nèi)運(yùn)作最成功的籃球職業(yè)聯(lián)賽,幾乎囊括了全世界最優(yōu)秀的球員。美國(guó)本土球員絕大多數(shù)來(lái)自NCAA籃球聯(lián)賽,證明NCAA籃球聯(lián)賽在培養(yǎng)職業(yè)球員方面是足夠成功的,而NCAA健全的保障體系是NCAA成功運(yùn)作的基石。在中國(guó)也有一個(gè)類似的高�；@球聯(lián)賽,即CUBA,自1996年創(chuàng)建以來(lái),CUBA在發(fā)展學(xué)校體育,豐富大學(xué)生校園生活,傳播籃球文化,向職業(yè)聯(lián)賽輸送籃球人才做出了很大貢獻(xiàn),從職業(yè)球員培養(yǎng)這個(gè)方面來(lái)看,基于中國(guó)運(yùn)動(dòng)員特殊的模式及經(jīng)濟(jì)基礎(chǔ)還不夠雄厚的情況下,CUBA聯(lián)賽仍然為CBA聯(lián)賽輸送了一些優(yōu)秀球員。從總體方面看,CUBA聯(lián)賽在球員的招生、學(xué)習(xí)、訓(xùn)練,球隊(duì)建設(shè),以及CUBA聯(lián)賽整體運(yùn)營(yíng)方面的保障遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠,在不完善的體系下,CUBA仍然在推動(dòng)學(xué)校體育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,如果能夠有NCAA一樣完善的保障體系,CUBA也能成為集學(xué)校體育與職業(yè)球員培養(yǎng)于一體的優(yōu)質(zhì)聯(lián)賽。本文運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比分析法以保障體系的角度分析CUBA聯(lián)賽與NCAA籃球聯(lián)賽在球員招生、文化科學(xué)教育、訓(xùn)練、球隊(duì)建設(shè),以及聯(lián)賽組織管理等方面存在的差異和差距,為CUBA聯(lián)賽的發(fā)展提供一些參考。本文的結(jié)論和創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)如下。1.CBUA聯(lián)賽是成功的,有必要給予更多的肯定和關(guān)注,在高校傳播籃球文化,豐富校園文化,發(fā)展學(xué)校體育等方面有一定的積極影響,培養(yǎng)職業(yè)運(yùn)動(dòng)員方面欠缺一些。在今后的發(fā)展過(guò)程中,可以嘗試將各年齡段的球員組織到學(xué)校系統(tǒng)內(nèi)進(jìn)訓(xùn)練、比賽,實(shí)現(xiàn)競(jìng)技體育人才培養(yǎng)和學(xué)校體育融合的構(gòu)想。2.CUBA聯(lián)賽大學(xué)生球員的招生沒(méi)有統(tǒng)一的標(biāo)準(zhǔn),也沒(méi)有相關(guān)的監(jiān)管部門,各個(gè)高校在招生方面形式各異。而一個(gè)健全的聯(lián)賽體系必須有嚴(yán)格的規(guī)程,并有監(jiān)管部門保證相應(yīng)的法規(guī)和準(zhǔn)則能夠順利實(shí)施,保證系統(tǒng)內(nèi)的公平公正。3.CUBA聯(lián)賽的球員進(jìn)入高校后學(xué)籍管理和科學(xué)文化學(xué)習(xí)沒(méi)有合理的保障,NCAA聯(lián)賽強(qiáng)調(diào)大學(xué)生運(yùn)動(dòng)員的身份首先是學(xué)生,與其他學(xué)生的要求完全一樣,成績(jī)合格才有資格參加比賽,CUBA球員會(huì)因?yàn)閰⒓勇?lián)賽而得到特殊對(duì)待,相應(yīng)的降低了學(xué)生的文化學(xué)習(xí)要求,對(duì)大學(xué)生球員個(gè)人發(fā)展不利。4.CUBA聯(lián)賽球員進(jìn)入高校后的訓(xùn)練、比賽得不到完善的保障,訓(xùn)練時(shí)間和比賽偏少,且各隊(duì)之間的差異非常大。相應(yīng)的訓(xùn)練條件與專業(yè)性也要差得多,幾乎沒(méi)有私人訓(xùn)練,球員訓(xùn)練的主觀能能動(dòng)性較差,教練員層面差別較大。不能保證有天賦的球員獲得最好的發(fā)展。5.球隊(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)建設(shè)層面明顯不足,后勤保障也差別比較大,具體表現(xiàn)在訓(xùn)練設(shè)備,運(yùn)動(dòng)員飲食,醫(yī)療以及球隊(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)資金等方面。6.CUBA聯(lián)賽在體制建設(shè)和運(yùn)營(yíng)管理等方面與NCAA相比不夠成熟,具體表現(xiàn)在管理層職責(zé)劃分不明確,并缺乏相應(yīng)的約束機(jī)制。此外,整個(gè)聯(lián)賽的推廣和財(cái)政保障存在巨大差距。
[Abstract]:NBA is the most successful professional basketball league in the world, almost including the best players in the world. The vast majority of native American players come from the NCAA Basketball League. Proved that the NCAA basketball league in the training of professional players is enough success, and the NCAA sound guarantee system is the cornerstone of the successful operation of NCAA. In China, there is a similar college basketball league. Cuba, since its establishment in 1996, has made great contributions to the development of school sports, the enrichment of college students' campus life, the dissemination of basketball culture, and the transportation of basketball talents to professional leagues. From the point of view of professional player training, based on the special mode of Chinese athletes and the economic base is not strong enough under the circumstances. The CUBA league still has some excellent players for the CBA league. Overall, Cuba league players recruit, study, train and build teams. As well as the overall operation of the CUBA league is far from enough, in the imperfect system Cuba is still promoting the development of school sports, if there is a NCAA as the perfect security system. CUBA can also become a high quality league that integrates school sports and professional player training. This paper uses literature, interview and mathematical statistics. The comparative analysis of the CUBA league and the NCAA basketball league in the player recruitment, cultural and scientific education, training, team construction in the perspective of the security system. As well as the differences and gaps in league organization and management, for the development of CUBA league to provide some reference. The conclusions and innovations of this paper are as follows: 1. CBUA league is successful. It is necessary to give more affirmation and attention to the spread of basketball culture in colleges and universities, enrich campus culture, the development of school sports and other aspects have a certain positive impact. In the future, we can try to organize players of all ages into the school system to train and compete. Realization of competitive sports talent training and school sports integration concept. 2. Cuba league players enrollment there is no unified standards, and there are no relevant regulatory authorities. Each university has different forms of enrollment. A sound league system must have strict regulations and regulatory authorities to ensure that the corresponding laws and regulations can be implemented smoothly. Ensure the fairness and justice of the system. 3. Cuba league players after entering the university student status management and scientific and cultural learning there is no reasonable guarantee that the NCAA league emphasizes that the status of college student athletes is the first student. As with other students' requirements, Cuba players will receive special treatment because of their participation in the league, which will reduce the students' cultural learning requirements. Cuba league players after entering colleges and universities training, the game can not be fully guaranteed, training time and competition is less. 4. And the difference between the teams is very big. The corresponding training conditions and professionalism are much worse, there is almost no private training, the subjective activity of player training is poor. Coach level differences. Can not guarantee the best development of talented players .5.The team team building level is obviously inadequate, logistics support is also quite different, the specific performance in training equipment, athletes diet. 6. Cuba league is not mature compared with NCAA in terms of system construction and operation management, and the specific performance is that the division of responsibilities of management is not clear. In addition, there is a huge gap in the promotion and financial guarantee of the whole league.
