【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和生活水平的逐步提高,人們的健身意識(shí)越來(lái)越強(qiáng)烈,人們對(duì)運(yùn)動(dòng)的需求也越來(lái)越高,經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部正是在這種氛圍下應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。俱樂(lè)部的發(fā)展對(duì)提高人們生活質(zhì)量和促進(jìn)社會(huì)發(fā)展有重要作用。健身俱樂(lè)部的出現(xiàn),能夠增強(qiáng)群眾體育健身意識(shí)、形成良好的生活方式以及提高生命質(zhì)量,特別是對(duì)加強(qiáng)青少年體質(zhì)有著重要的意義。近年來(lái),僅在體育局注冊(cè)的俱樂(lè)部成倍增長(zhǎng)。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、實(shí)地考察法、數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)法、訪談法對(duì)上海市部分經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部進(jìn)行調(diào)查,通過(guò)實(shí)地走訪調(diào)查發(fā)現(xiàn),上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部處于快速發(fā)展階段,部分經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部已成規(guī)模,同時(shí)擁有眾多的小型籃球俱樂(lè)部。本文通過(guò)對(duì)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)營(yíng)中的四個(gè)主要方面(管理人員、教練員、會(huì)員家長(zhǎng)、會(huì)員)的調(diào)查研究,得出上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部從俱樂(lè)部?jī)?nèi)部管理到俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)營(yíng)等方面需要完善,俱樂(lè)部需要加強(qiáng)運(yùn)營(yíng)管理、提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量等途徑切實(shí)推進(jìn)俱樂(lè)部長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展,為促進(jìn)青少年體質(zhì)健康,切實(shí)辦好俱樂(lè)部提供理論支持和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。研究結(jié)果:(1)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部的數(shù)量不斷增加,規(guī)模相對(duì)較小的俱樂(lè)部數(shù)量較多。(2)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部管理人員的學(xué)歷較高,工作態(tài)度較為積極。(3)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部教練員專(zhuān)業(yè)化程度較高、年輕且富有激情但尚缺少經(jīng)驗(yàn)豐富的老教練。(4)在經(jīng)營(yíng)籃球俱樂(lè)部中參與籃球培訓(xùn)的學(xué)員以及學(xué)員的家長(zhǎng)基本對(duì)籃球俱樂(lè)部持滿意態(tài)度。(5)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部中管理人員、教練員、會(huì)員之間缺少有效溝通,缺乏統(tǒng)一管理。(6)上海部分經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部缺少辦學(xué)資質(zhì),培訓(xùn)資源相對(duì)不足,部分俱樂(lè)部辦學(xué)水平不高,缺少專(zhuān)業(yè)的管理人員和高水平教練員。(7)上海市在規(guī)范經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部方面的法律法規(guī)相對(duì)不夠完善和不夠健全,經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部在發(fā)展中缺少具體法律法規(guī)的規(guī)范和約束。建議:(1)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部?jī)?nèi)部建立行之有效的管理規(guī)章制度、獎(jiǎng)懲制度。(2)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部可以通過(guò)多種方式進(jìn)行融資,通過(guò)俱樂(lè)部資本的擴(kuò)大不斷提高辦學(xué)水平,吸收高層次的管理人員,吸引高水平的教練員,從俱樂(lè)部的多個(gè)層面,提升俱樂(lè)部的培訓(xùn)資質(zhì)。(3)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部要建立品牌戰(zhàn)略,形成品牌文化,依靠品牌開(kāi)拓市場(chǎng)。(4)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部要對(duì)俱樂(lè)部管理人員和教練員進(jìn)行統(tǒng)一的培訓(xùn)與指導(dǎo),定期的開(kāi)展工作交流會(huì),不斷總結(jié)俱樂(lè)部的得失經(jīng)驗(yàn),為俱樂(lè)部的長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展積累經(jīng)驗(yàn)。(5)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性籃球俱樂(lè)部管理人員、教練員、與會(huì)員之間要建立有效溝通渠道,促進(jìn)俱樂(lè)部?jī)?nèi)部、俱樂(lè)部與會(huì)員之間的溝通,在交流溝通中提升俱樂(lè)部的服務(wù)水平。(6)上海市經(jīng)營(yíng)性各籃球俱樂(lè)部之間應(yīng)相互學(xué)習(xí),互幫互助,共同迎接機(jī)遇和挑戰(zhàn),逐步建立行業(yè)規(guī)范。
[Abstract]:With the gradual improvement of the economic development and living standards, people's health consciousness is more and more intense, people need to exercise more and more is also high, operation of the basketball club came into being in this environment. The development of the club to improve people's quality of life and promote social development has an important role. The fitness club, can to enhance public awareness of physical fitness, form a good way of life and improve the quality of life, it is very important to strengthen their physique. In recent years, only registered in the Bureau of sports club doubled. Through using the method of literature, questionnaire, field survey, data statistics, investigation of Shanghai city part of the business of basketball club interview, through field investigation found that operation of the basketball club of Shanghai city in the stage of rapid development, part of the business of basketball The club has a large scale, also has many small basketball club. Based on the four main aspects of Shanghai city business operators in the basketball club (managers, coaches, members of parents, members) investigation and study, obtained the management of basketball club in Shanghai city from within the club management to the club operations and other aspects need to be improved the club, the need to strengthen management, improve the quality of teaching and other ways to effectively promote the club long-term development, to promote the physical health of teenagers, and effectively run the club to provide theoretical support and practical significance.
