【摘要】：2014年10月,國(guó)務(wù)院發(fā)布《關(guān)于加快發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè)促進(jìn)體育消費(fèi)的若干意見(jiàn)》,全民健身上升為國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略,將體育產(chǎn)業(yè)定位為綠色產(chǎn)業(yè)、朝陽(yáng)產(chǎn)業(yè),提出以發(fā)展體育產(chǎn)業(yè)、促進(jìn)體育消費(fèi)為出發(fā)點(diǎn)和落腳點(diǎn)。明確將推動(dòng)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展和全民健身廣泛實(shí)施作為今后長(zhǎng)期的一項(xiàng)國(guó)家戰(zhàn)略。這為推動(dòng)體育產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí),促進(jìn)群眾體育發(fā)展,進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)體育強(qiáng)國(guó)建設(shè)和不斷滿足人民群眾日益增長(zhǎng)的文化需要,提供了堅(jiān)實(shí)的政策指引和戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展方向。鄭州作為河南的省會(huì)城市,擁有較為完善的公共體育設(shè)施和眾多的體育群體,競(jìng)技體育與群眾體育發(fā)展勢(shì)頭迅猛,尤其是網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)具有廣泛的群眾基礎(chǔ),網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部已成為推動(dòng)鄭州市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的重要載體。本文以文獻(xiàn)資料法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法、訪談法、統(tǒng)計(jì)法為研究方法,以鄭州市網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部的運(yùn)行機(jī)制為研究對(duì)象,從構(gòu)成俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)行的要素的幾個(gè)方面,包括人力、物力、資金以及信息和管理等方面對(duì)鄭州市網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部的運(yùn)行進(jìn)行調(diào)查分析,以了解鄭州市網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部的開(kāi)展現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展模式,能夠及時(shí)的找出鄭州市網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部存在的主要問(wèn)題以及影響其發(fā)展的因素,結(jié)合當(dāng)前鄭州市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的基本情況,提出未來(lái)發(fā)展的基本方向與對(duì)策,研究其運(yùn)行機(jī)制不僅可以為鄭州市網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部的發(fā)展提供理論參考,而且對(duì)推動(dòng)鄭州市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)的普及和在群眾中的開(kāi)展具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義,經(jīng)研究分析得出以下結(jié)論:1網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部組織形式是鄭州市網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)發(fā)展的基本路徑和主要運(yùn)作模式。2鄭州市網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部運(yùn)行機(jī)制不完善,其主要表現(xiàn)在:在經(jīng)營(yíng)理念上缺乏可持續(xù)發(fā)展的戰(zhàn)略性規(guī)劃與設(shè)計(jì);維系俱樂(lè)部可持續(xù)發(fā)展的專業(yè)性人力資源(經(jīng)濟(jì)管理與體育)匱乏,鄭州市的網(wǎng)球俱樂(lè)部在管理方面,首先在對(duì)人的管理方面,管理者大多采用聘任制或經(jīng)理負(fù)責(zé)制并多為退役運(yùn)動(dòng)員,對(duì)俱樂(lè)部的運(yùn)行制度缺乏實(shí)施有效的管理方法,缺乏對(duì)體育和經(jīng)濟(jì)管理熟悉的綜合型人才。教練員多為兼職的體育院校學(xué)生,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷反映出會(huì)員對(duì)教練員的技術(shù)水平并不是特別的認(rèn)可,滿足不了會(huì)員對(duì)高水平技術(shù)的需求:在對(duì)資金的管理上,營(yíng)利點(diǎn)日趨全面化,但在財(cái)務(wù)的管理系統(tǒng)上需進(jìn)一步升級(jí)提高:在對(duì)物的管理上,場(chǎng)地利用率不高同,但在周未卻出現(xiàn)擁堵的情況。3在互利雙贏的情況下能夠組織訓(xùn)練與比賽,交流技術(shù)心得,開(kāi)展寒暑假訓(xùn)練營(yíng)為俱樂(lè)部創(chuàng)收同時(shí)提高學(xué)習(xí)者的技術(shù)水平,維持住固定的客戶。注重網(wǎng)球運(yùn)動(dòng)附屬產(chǎn)品的銷(xiāo)售和其它服務(wù)內(nèi)容的開(kāi)發(fā),能夠很好的滿足俱樂(lè)部發(fā)展的要求
[Abstract]:In October 2014, the State Council issued a number of opinions on speeding up the development of sports industry to promote sports consumption. The national fitness has become a national strategy, and the sports industry has been positioned as a green industry and a sunrise industry. To develop sports industry. Promotion of sports consumption as the starting point and foothold. Will definitely promote the development of sports industry and the extensive implementation of national fitness as a long-term national strategy. This will promote the transformation and upgrading of the sports industry. To promote the development of mass sports, to further strengthen the construction of sports power and to meet the increasing cultural needs of the people, provide a solid policy guidance and strategic development direction. Zhengzhou is the capital city of Henan Province. With more perfect public sports facilities and a large number of sports groups, competitive sports and mass sports are developing rapidly, especially tennis has a broad mass base. Tennis club has become an important carrier to promote the development of tennis in Zhengzhou. Taking the operating mechanism of the tennis club in Zhengzhou as the research object, this paper discusses several aspects of the elements that constitute the operation of the club, including manpower and material resources. This paper investigates and analyzes the operation of Zhengzhou Tennis Club from the aspects of capital, information and management, in order to understand the present situation and development mode of Zhengzhou Tennis Club. Can timely find out the main problems of Zhengzhou tennis club and its development factors, combined with the current development of Zhengzhou tennis basic situation, put forward the future development of the basic direction and countermeasures. The study of its operating mechanism can not only provide a theoretical reference for the development of Zhengzhou tennis club, but also promote the popularity of tennis in Zhengzhou and the development of the masses has an important practical significance. Through the analysis of the following conclusions: 1: 1 tennis club organization form is the basic path and main operating mode of Zhengzhou tennis development. 2. Zhengzhou tennis club operation mechanism is not perfect. Its main manifestations are as follows: lack of strategic planning and design of sustainable development in management concept; The professional human resources (economic management and sports) to maintain the sustainable development of the club are scarce. The tennis club in Zhengzhou is in the management, first of all in the management of people. Most managers adopt the appointment system or manager responsibility system, and most of them are retired athletes, lack of effective management methods to the operation system of the club. Lack of comprehensive talents familiar with sports and economic management. Coaches are mostly part-time students of sports colleges and universities. The questionnaire reflects that the technical level of coaches is not particularly recognized by members. Can not meet the needs of members for high-level technology: in the management of funds, profit point is becoming more comprehensive, but in the financial management system need to be further upgraded and improved: in the management of goods, the site utilization ratio is not high. However, in the case of jams on weekends, .3 in the case of mutual benefit and win-win situation, can organize training and competition, exchange technical experience, develop winter and summer training camp for club income while improving the technical level of learners.
