【摘要】:平衡能力是身體素質(zhì)的基本體現(xiàn),良好的平衡能力不僅有利于提高運動能力,更可以預(yù)防損傷的發(fā)生。目前對于人體平衡能力的研究,其熱點研究對象多集中于老年人群,針對兒童這一群體的平衡能力及其相關(guān)的研究較少,實際上,,兒童時期良好的平衡能力是今后保持良好身體姿態(tài)、日常生活及體育活動的基礎(chǔ)和保證,因此探討體育鍛煉對兒童平衡能力的影響是必要的。近年來,大量研究證實科學(xué)合理的體育鍛煉可以改善人體平衡能力,但是這些運動形式多集中在太極拳、健美操、核心力量鍛煉等方面,關(guān)于體操運動對平衡能力影響的研究較少,輕器械體操與體操類游戲?qū)ζ胶饽芰Φ挠绊懷芯縿t更是少之又少,這些問題的解決與探討,將進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)兒童平衡能力的改善與提高。 本文通過以輕器械體操與體操類游戲相結(jié)合的教學(xué)內(nèi)容對7-8歲兒童進(jìn)行18周的實驗教學(xué),分析探究其對7-8歲兒童動、靜態(tài)平衡能力的影響。采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、實驗法以及數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法等研究方法對7-8歲兒童動、靜態(tài)平衡能力在進(jìn)行以輕器械體操與體操類游戲相結(jié)合的教學(xué)內(nèi)容前后的發(fā)展變化進(jìn)行研究并得出結(jié)論。 研究得出以下結(jié)論: 1.輕器械體操與體操類游戲的教學(xué)對7—8歲兒童的平衡能力的提高有一定的積極影響。 2.男女生在平衡能力方面有所差異。女生在靜態(tài)平衡能力方面要優(yōu)于男生,而在動態(tài)平衡能力方面男生則好于女生。 3.不同年齡在平衡能力方面有一定的差異。8歲男女生在動靜態(tài)平衡能力方面要比7歲男女生好。
[Abstract]:Balance ability is the basic embodiment of physical fitness, good balance ability is not only conducive to improve sports ability, but also to prevent the occurrence of injury. Most of the hot research objects focus on the elderly, but there are few researches on the balance ability of the children. In fact, the good balance ability in childhood is to keep good body posture in the future. The basis and guarantee of daily life and physical activity, so it is necessary to explore the influence of physical exercise on children's balance ability. In recent years, a large number of studies have proved that scientific and reasonable physical exercise can improve the balance ability of human body. However, most of these sports forms focus on Taijiquan, aerobics, core strength exercise, and so on. There is little research on the influence of gymnastics on balance ability. The research on the influence of light instrument gymnastics and gymnastic games on the balance ability is even less. The solution and discussion of these problems will further promote the improvement and improvement of children's balance ability. Through the combination of light instrument gymnastics and gymnastic games, this paper carries out 18 weeks of experimental teaching for 7-8 years old children, and analyzes and explores the movement of 7-8 years old children. The influence of static balance ability. The methods of literature research, experiment and mathematical statistics were used to study the movement of 7-8 years old children. The development and change of static balance ability before and after the combination of light instrument gymnastics and gymnastics games are studied and concluded. The study draws the following conclusions: 1. The teaching of light instrument gymnastics and gymnastic games has a positive effect on the balance ability of children aged 7-8. 2. There are differences in balance ability between boys and girls. Girls are better than boys in static balance, while boys are better than girls in dynamic balance. 3. There are some differences in balance ability between boys and girls at different ages. The dynamic and static balance ability of boys and girls aged 8 years is better than that of boys and girls aged 7 years.
