【摘要】：基于多年函授教育教學及管理實踐,筆者深刻體會到目前普通高等學校函授教育教學過程中存在著諸多失范行為,嚴重影響了函授教育教學質(zhì)量的提高并形成許多負面影響。鑒于此,實踐中把好"四個關(guān)"即態(tài)度關(guān)、制度關(guān)、質(zhì)量關(guān)、考核關(guān)至關(guān)重要,以實現(xiàn)普通高等學校成人函授教育意識明朗化、制度條理化、質(zhì)量上乘化、考核個性化。
[Abstract]:Based on the practice of teaching and management of correspondence education for many years, the author deeply realizes that there are many abnormal behaviors in the teaching process of correspondence education in colleges and universities, which seriously affects the improvement of the teaching quality of correspondence education and forms a lot of negative effects. In view of this, in practice, it is very important to close the attitude, the system, the quality and the examination in order to realize the education consciousness of adult correspondence education in ordinary colleges and universities, the system is orderly, the quality is superior, and the assessment is individualized.
