【摘要】：天津市是我國社區(qū)教育起步較早的城市之一,目前已經(jīng)深入到實(shí)體建設(shè)階段。社區(qū)教育實(shí)體作為社區(qū)教育工作的載體,其建設(shè)水平將直接影響到社區(qū)教育功能的最大發(fā)揮。針對社區(qū)教育實(shí)踐中暴露出的問題,提出優(yōu)化結(jié)構(gòu)體系、健全管理評估體制、拓展新型模式等對策,有助于社區(qū)教育的可持續(xù)性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Tianjin is one of the early cities of community education in our country, which has already reached the stage of entity construction. As the carrier of community education, the construction level of community education entity will directly affect the function of community education. In view of the problems exposed in the practice of community education, this paper puts forward some countermeasures, such as optimizing the structure system, perfecting the management evaluation system and expanding the new model, which will contribute to the sustainable development of community education.
