【摘要】：全面推進(jìn)隨班就讀工作對(duì)國(guó)家更好地保障殘疾人享有平等的受教育權(quán)、更好地獲得社會(huì)生存權(quán),并促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧發(fā)展有重要作用。我國(guó)全面推進(jìn)隨班就讀工作的必要性如下:一是人權(quán)需要,即保障殘疾兒童少年的受教育權(quán)利,促進(jìn)教育公平;二是政治需要,即增進(jìn)殘疾兒童與普通兒童的融合程度,促進(jìn)社會(huì)和諧;三是現(xiàn)實(shí)需要,即增加學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì),提升受教育質(zhì)量,保障殘疾兒童受教育權(quán)利實(shí)現(xiàn);四是殘疾人發(fā)展所需,即為殘疾人融入社會(huì)、提高生活質(zhì)量奠定基礎(chǔ);五是順應(yīng)國(guó)際趨勢(shì),即從隔離式特殊教育逐步走向融合教育是教育的發(fā)展方向。
[Abstract]:It is important for the state to ensure the disabled to enjoy equal right to education, to obtain the right to social survival and to promote the harmonious development of society. The necessity of carrying out the work of attending classes in a comprehensive way in our country is as follows: first, the need for human rights, that is, to guarantee the right to education of children and adolescents with disabilities, and to promote the equity of education; Second, political needs, that is, to promote the integration of children with disabilities and ordinary children, to promote social harmony, and third, to increase learning opportunities, improve the quality of education, and ensure the realization of the right to education of children with disabilities; Fourth, the development needs of the disabled, that is, for the disabled to integrate into the society, improve the quality of life, and fifthly, conform to the international trend, that is, from segregated special education to integrated education is the direction of education development.
