【摘要】： 內(nèi)地高校新疆民族班是指內(nèi)地普通高校按國家計委、教育部的要求招收的新疆少數(shù)民族學生舉辦的大專(大學)學歷班。它是全國大學生中一個較為特殊的群體,其基本素質(zhì)、思維方式、行為習慣等諸方面與其他非民族班大學生相比,都具有一定的特殊性。因此,對他們進行思想政治教育必須著力在創(chuàng)新上下功夫。內(nèi)地各相關(guān)高校非常重視,也在不斷探討加強民族學生思想政治教育工作、管理工作的新方法、新途徑。 內(nèi)地高校民族班大學生的思想政治教育是高校思想政治教育的一個重要部分。內(nèi)地高校新疆民族班的思想政治教育工作必須立足民族學生教育基本特征、人才培養(yǎng)規(guī)格,以特有的眼光去進行教育研究和實踐探索。 本文認真研究了新時期民族班大學生的思想特點,分析了當前內(nèi)地普通高校民族班學生思想政治教育工作中存在的問題,提出了有組織、有計劃、有針對性地對民族班大學生進行思想政治教育的措施。主要通過對內(nèi)地高校新疆民族班學生狀況包括民族班學生人際溝通狀況、思想政治狀況、學習狀況、生活狀況及思想政治教育工作的特殊性分析,根據(jù)國家的法規(guī)、政策,提出了加強內(nèi)地高校新疆民族班學生思想政治教育的意義、應(yīng)遵循的原則,并著重提出了加強內(nèi)地高校新疆民族班學生思想政治教育的具體舉措。本文提出:要切實加強民族班學生正確的世界觀、人生觀、價值觀教育;要突出加強民族班學生祖國觀、民族觀、宗教觀、文化觀的教育;要突出加強民族班學生道德觀、法制觀教育;要注重民族班學生文明行為與良好習慣的養(yǎng)成教育;要注重民族班學生自強自立教育、艱苦奮斗教育、人生挫折教育;要豐富“兩課”內(nèi)容,提高“兩課”的教育效果;要正確使用網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育手段,增強思想政治教育的吸引力;要拓展教育基地、開展社會實踐,增強思想政治教育的感染力;要營造適應(yīng)民族班學生學習的優(yōu)良校園文化環(huán)境,積極開展適合民族班學生的校園文化活動;要注重家庭教育,密切校家聯(lián)系,優(yōu)化教育環(huán)境;要建立健全高校民族班學生思想政治教育工作的領(lǐng)導體制、運行體制、全員育人的保障體制,健全學生管理、服務(wù)體系,加強民族班學生思想政治教育。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang nationality class of inland colleges and universities refers to the junior college (university) education class held by Xinjiang ethnic minority students in accordance with the requirements of the State Planning Commission and the Ministry of Education. It is a special group of college students in China, its basic quality, mode of thinking, behavior habits and other aspects, compared with other non-ethnic class students, all have certain particularity. Therefore, the ideological and political education must focus on innovation. The relevant colleges and universities in the mainland attach great importance to the ideological and political education of ethnic students and are constantly exploring new methods and new ways to strengthen the ideological and political education and management of ethnic students. Ideological and political education is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities. The ideological and political education of Xinjiang ethnic classes in inland colleges and universities must be based on the basic characteristics of ethnic students' education, personnel training specifications, and educational research and practical exploration with a unique vision. This paper seriously studies the ideological characteristics of ethnic class students in the new period, analyzes the problems existing in the ideological and political education work of ethnic class students in ordinary colleges and universities in the mainland, and puts forward an organized and planned plan. This paper points out that the education of correct world outlook, outlook on life and values should be strengthened, and the education of national, religious and cultural views should be emphasized. Emphasis should be placed on strengthening the moral and legal outlook of the students of the national class, on cultivating the civilized behavior and good habits of the students of the national class, on the education of self-improvement and self-reliance, on the education of hard work and frustration in life, on the students of the national class; It is necessary to enrich the contents of the "two courses" and improve the educational effect of the "two courses", to correctly use the means of network education, to enhance the attraction of ideological and political education, to expand the educational base, to carry out social practice, and to enhance the appeal of ideological and political education. It is necessary to create a good campus cultural environment suitable for the study of ethnic class students, actively carry out campus cultural activities suitable for ethnic class students, pay attention to family education, close school and family ties, and optimize the educational environment.
