【摘要】：本文通過對(duì)不同區(qū)域人才培養(yǎng)需求的分析,及浙江大學(xué)在區(qū)域人才培養(yǎng)方面的實(shí)踐,探討了高層次繼續(xù)教育在服務(wù)于區(qū)域人才培養(yǎng)方面發(fā)揮的作用,提出了為推動(dòng)區(qū)域人才培養(yǎng)的若干建議。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the needs of talents training in different regions and the practice of Zhejiang University in the area of talent training, this paper discusses the role of high-level continuing education in serving regional talents training. Some suggestions are put forward to promote the cultivation of regional talents.
