隨班就讀資源教師職責(zé)及工作績(jī)效評(píng)估

【摘要】:為了促進(jìn)我國(guó)隨班就讀資源教室方案科學(xué)規(guī)范和高效益運(yùn)作,本研究借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究和實(shí)踐成果,針對(duì)我國(guó)該領(lǐng)域的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展前景,討論資源教師開(kāi)展工作的2個(gè)核心問(wèn)題,資源教師的職責(zé)和工作績(jī)效評(píng)估;資源教師的職責(zé)可歸納為6個(gè)方面:鑒定與評(píng)估、教學(xué)與指導(dǎo)、咨詢與溝通、行政事務(wù)、公共關(guān)系和資源教室方案研究;工作績(jī)效評(píng)估須采用多元化的評(píng)估方法,包括學(xué)生能力發(fā)展、資源教學(xué)和RRT專業(yè)水平和技能發(fā)展等多層面開(kāi)展評(píng)估。
[Abstract]:In order to promote the scientific standard and high benefit operation of the resource classroom program in our country, this study draws lessons from the domestic and foreign related research and practice results, and aims at the present situation and development prospect of this field in our country. This paper discusses the two core issues of resource teachers' work, the responsibilities of resource teachers and job performance evaluation, and the responsibilities of resource teachers can be summed up into six aspects: identification and evaluation, teaching and guidance, consultation and communication, administrative affairs, etc. Research on Public Relations and Resource classroom Program; Job performance Evaluation must be conducted in a variety of ways, including student competency development, resource teaching, and RRT professional level and skills development.
