【摘要】：隨著成人教育的大眾化,成人學(xué)習(xí)愈來(lái)愈趨向于自我導(dǎo)向和問(wèn)題本位模式,成人課程管理只有在課程開發(fā)和課程實(shí)施等方面不斷創(chuàng)新,才能適應(yīng)終身教育和學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)的需求。而創(chuàng)新課程管理應(yīng)從剖析成人課程管理的弊端入手,探究成人課程管理的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)、管理模式和開發(fā)成人課程資源,以期提高管理質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:With the popularization of adult education, adult learning is becoming more and more self-oriented and problem-oriented. Only by constantly innovating in curriculum development and curriculum implementation, can adult learning meet the needs of lifelong education and learning-oriented society. In order to improve the management quality, we should analyze the disadvantages of adult curriculum management, explore the development trend of adult curriculum management, the management model and the development of adult curriculum resources.
