【摘要】：農(nóng)村義務教育的改革與發(fā)展直接關系到“三農(nóng)”問題的解決與農(nóng)村地區(qū)的發(fā)展。農(nóng)村中小學布局調(diào)整是我國近年優(yōu)化農(nóng)村教育資源配置,促進農(nóng)村義務教育改革與發(fā)展的一項重要政策。然而,當前部分地區(qū)在對該項政策的理解與推行上凸顯不少問題。本文在深入分析當前我國農(nóng)村中小學布局調(diào)整政策的推行現(xiàn)狀、部分地區(qū)調(diào)整失當所引發(fā)的嚴重問題及其原因的基礎上,提出了穩(wěn)步推進布局調(diào)整進程的對策建議。
[Abstract]:The reform and development of rural compulsory education is directly related to the solution of the "three rural" problems and the development of rural areas. The adjustment of the distribution of rural primary and secondary schools is an important policy to optimize the allocation of rural educational resources and promote the reform and development of rural compulsory education in recent years. However, some areas in the current understanding and implementation of the policy highlights a lot of problems. On the basis of deeply analyzing the present situation of implementing the policy of layout adjustment of primary and middle schools in rural areas and the serious problems caused by improper adjustment in some areas, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for steadily advancing the process of layout adjustment.
