【摘要】：分析了自考生的特點及高校舉辦自考助學(xué)班對教師的特殊要求,指出通過制定合理的薪酬和滿足高校教師自尊、榮譽(yù)、地位及強(qiáng)化教師進(jìn)修等機(jī)制,激勵教師的工作積極性,提高自考助學(xué)班的教學(xué)質(zhì)量,為社會培養(yǎng)更多的人才。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics of self-taught candidates and the special requirements of self-taught classes held by colleges and universities for teachers, and points out that by formulating reasonable salaries and satisfying the self-esteem, honor, status of college teachers and strengthening teachers'study, teachers' work enthusiasm can be stimulated, the teaching quality of self-taught classes can be improved and more talents can be trained for the society.
