【摘要】：論文題目:北京市農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對策研究;作者姓名:宋麗潤;專業(yè):種植業(yè)領(lǐng)域;研究方向:農(nóng)村發(fā)展;所在學(xué)院:人文與發(fā)展學(xué)院;論文指導(dǎo)教師:劉永功教授。 筆者通過文獻(xiàn)分析,問卷調(diào)查和機(jī)構(gòu)走訪,對北京市農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)體系現(xiàn)狀,機(jī)構(gòu)能力、面臨的問題和挑戰(zhàn),農(nóng)民對現(xiàn)有培訓(xùn)效果的評價,影響培訓(xùn)效果的因素和培訓(xùn)需求作了系統(tǒng)的分析。通過分析調(diào)查結(jié)果和相關(guān)政策,筆者得出如下結(jié)論: (1) 多年來,北京市農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)工作取得了一定成效,但與全面建設(shè)小康社會和北京率先基本實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)對農(nóng)民素質(zhì)的要求還存在著較大的差距。 (2) 由于在政策保證、組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、經(jīng)費(fèi)保障、體系建設(shè)、基地建設(shè)、機(jī)構(gòu)能力、師資培訓(xùn)、培訓(xùn)組織管理,培訓(xùn)方法等方面還不夠健全和完善,使得北京市的農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)沒有得到制度化地運(yùn)行,培訓(xùn)效果和培訓(xùn)后的知識以及相關(guān)技術(shù)應(yīng)用效果不理想。 (3) 除上述外界因素外,培訓(xùn)效果還受農(nóng)民年齡,文化程度,個人學(xué)習(xí)能力等自身因素的影響。 根據(jù)以上結(jié)論和北京市農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)面臨的主要問題和困難,筆者提出了改善農(nóng)民培訓(xùn)體系,提高培訓(xùn)效果的對策和建議。
[Abstract]:Title: research on the present situation of Peasant training and Development Countermeasures in Beijing; author's name: song Lilun; Specialty: planting Field; Research Direction: rural Development; Institute of Humanities and Development; thesis instructor: professor Liu Yonggong. Through literature analysis, questionnaire survey and organization visit, the author evaluates the current situation, institutional capacity, problems and challenges of the training system of farmers in Beijing, as well as the evaluation of the effect of the existing training by farmers. The factors that influence the training effect and the training demand are analyzed systematically. By analyzing the investigation results and related policies, the author draws the following conclusions: (1) the training of farmers in Beijing has achieved some results over the years. However, there is still a big gap between the overall construction of a well-off society and the strategic goal of basically realizing modernization in Beijing. (2) due to the policy guarantee, there is still a big gap in the requirements of farmers' quality. Organizational leadership, funding support, system building, base building, institutional capacity, teacher training, training organization and management, training methods, and so on are not sound and perfect, so that the training of farmers in Beijing has not been institutionalized. The effect of training and knowledge after training and the application of related technology are not ideal. (3) in addition to the external factors mentioned above, the effect of training is also affected by the farmer's age and education level. Personal learning ability and other factors. Based on the above conclusions and the main problems and difficulties in the training of farmers in Beijing, the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the training system and the effect of training.
