【摘要】： 隨著全球化、信息化、社會(huì)化迅速的向縱深發(fā)展，地區(qū)之間地競(jìng)爭(zhēng)越來(lái)越激烈，并聚焦在人力資源的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)，而提高人力資源素質(zhì)是提高區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的首要環(huán)節(jié)。在提高人力資源的工作中，提高企業(yè)人力資源素質(zhì)對(duì)增強(qiáng)區(qū)域競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力具有突出意義。本文在調(diào)研獲得的事實(shí)和數(shù)據(jù)的基礎(chǔ)上，，綜合運(yùn)用了系統(tǒng)科學(xué)、管理學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)以及投入產(chǎn)出分析理論與方法，結(jié)合福建人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)及教育培訓(xùn)的實(shí)證研究，對(duì)福建省的企業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)的意義、現(xiàn)狀、需求、內(nèi)容、方式和效果等方面進(jìn)行了研究，進(jìn)而提出關(guān)于加強(qiáng)福建人力資源建設(shè)，特別是企業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)的對(duì)策，在企業(yè)教育培訓(xùn)的內(nèi)容、方式和培訓(xùn)成果評(píng)估方面提出了自己的建議。
[Abstract]:With the development of globalization, information and socialization, the competition between regions is becoming more and more fierce, and the competition of human resources is focused on, and improving the quality of human resources is the most important link to improve the regional competitiveness. In the work of improving human resources, it is of great significance to improve the quality of enterprise human resources to enhance regional competitiveness. On the basis of the facts and data obtained from the investigation and research, this paper makes comprehensive use of the theories and methods of system science, management, economics and input-output analysis, combined with the empirical research on the development of human resources and education and training in Fujian. This paper studies the significance, current situation, needs, contents, methods and effects of enterprise education and training in Fujian Province, and then puts forward some countermeasures for strengthening the construction of human resources in Fujian, especially for enterprise education and training. In the enterprise education training content, the way and the training result appraisal aspect proposed own proposal.
