單親家庭子女教育的問題、成因及對策研究

【摘要】:隨著社會的發(fā)展,人們思想的解放,離婚已經成為男人和女人自由的選擇。但是,隨著離婚率的不斷上升,出現了一種新的社會現象:單親家庭在日益增多,單親子女的數量急驟上升。這使廣大的單親家庭和教育培養(yǎng)機構面臨一個新課題——如何教育單親子女,使他們健康成長。研究顯示,單親子女在思想、學習、性格甚至健康方面一定程度上都有別于完整家庭子女,具有一定的特殊性。 近年來,學生中單親子女的數量大有增長的趨勢,單親家庭中的孩子在學習、品德各方面不乏有出類拔萃者,但也有相當數量的單親家庭子女在學校中的表現比較落后,成為學校工作的難點,為深入做好單親子女的教育管理工作,本人在多年從事基礎教育與管理工作的過程中,通過座談、家訪、閱讀學生日記、觀察學生作品等多種方式,對單親子女的數量、形成原因、心理特點及教育管理中存在的問題進行了廣泛而深入地調查,就單親子女教育及對策進行了較為深入地探討。 本論文由四大部分構成。 第一部分為引言,主要論述了課題的研究意義,課題研究的現狀。此部分還著重界定了論文寫作過程中所涉及到的一些基本概念,介紹了國內外單親家庭的存在概況。 第二部分對單親家庭子女教育問題進行了認真的梳理與研究,重點對學生的學習問題與人格發(fā)展問題進行了深入的剖析,,為單親家庭子女教育的進一步研究做了必要的前期鋪墊。 第三部分為單親家庭子女教育問題的成因。這部分對單親家庭子女身心發(fā)展的消極因素進行了深入探討,重點分析了家庭、學校及社會三方面因素對單親家庭子女的影響,揭示了單親家庭子女教育問題的成因。 第四部分為單親家庭子女教育對策。這部分亦是該論文的核心部分。重點探討的是單親子女教育的策略與方法,強調了家庭要注重把愛與教育結合起來,學校要協(xié)助家庭采取科學有效的教育方式和手段提高教育水平,社會應建立指導單親子女教育的專門組織機構,實現家庭、學校與社 WP=5 會三者的有機結合,營造單親子女健康成長的良好氛圍。
[Abstract]:With the development of society and the liberation of people's thoughts, divorce has become a free choice for men and women. However, with the rising divorce rate, a new social phenomenon has emerged: the number of single-parent families is increasing and the number of single-parent children is rising rapidly. This makes the majority of single-parent families and educational institutions face a new problem-how to educate single-parent children and make them grow up healthily. The study shows that the single parent children are different from the whole family children in thought, study, personality and even health to some extent, and have certain particularity. In recent years, the number of single-parent children among students has been on the rise. In single-parent families, there are outstanding students in all aspects of their moral character, but a considerable number of children from single-parent families have lagged behind in the performance of their children in schools. It has become a difficult point in school work. In order to do a good job in the education and management of single-parent children, I have been engaged in basic education and management work for many years. In the course of my many years of basic education and management, I have conducted discussions, home visits, reading student diaries, observing students' works, and so on. This paper makes an extensive and thorough investigation on the number, causes, psychological characteristics and problems existing in the education management of single parent children, and probes into the education and countermeasures of single parent children. This thesis consists of four parts. The first part is the introduction, mainly discusses the research significance of the subject, the status quo of the subject. This part also focuses on defining some basic concepts involved in the process of writing the paper, and introduces the existence of single-parent families at home and abroad. In the second part, the author makes a serious research on the education of children in single-parent families, focusing on the problems of students' learning and personality development. For the single-parent family children education to do the necessary early stage of the study. The third part is the causes of children's education in single-parent families. In this part, the negative factors of the children's physical and mental development in single-parent families are deeply discussed, and the influences of family, school and society on the children of single-parent families are analyzed, and the causes of the problems of children's education in single-parent families are revealed. The fourth part is the single-parent family children education countermeasures. This part is also the core part of this paper. Focusing on the strategies and methods of single-parent children's education, emphasizing that families should pay attention to combining love and education, and that schools should assist families to adopt scientific and effective ways and means to improve their education level. Society should set up specialized organizations to guide the education of single children, so as to realize the family, The organic combination of school and WP=5 society, Create a good atmosphere for the healthy growth of single parent children.
