【摘要】： 少數(shù)民族教育是中國教育中一個(gè)不可忽視的重要組成部分,建國以來,黨和國家一直給予高度重視,它不僅關(guān)系著少數(shù)民族學(xué)生的成長教育問題,也是各族人民共建和諧社會(huì)的重要保障。尤其是高新技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展,信息技術(shù)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)已廣泛滲透到教育管理過程中的各個(gè)方面。民族預(yù)科教育作為少數(shù)民族教育管理中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容,需要一個(gè)信息管理系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),以增強(qiáng)各地區(qū)各民族間教育工作的交流與合作。在目前,雖然部分少數(shù)民族院校建設(shè)了校園網(wǎng)絡(luò),在硬件方面僅做到校內(nèi)互連互通,但在構(gòu)建適合整個(gè)少數(shù)民族教育特點(diǎn)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)化的信息管理軟件方面仍處于滯后狀態(tài)。如何超出學(xué)校、地區(qū)之間的限制,共享數(shù)據(jù)和資源成果,增進(jìn)交流與合作,進(jìn)一步提高教育部少數(shù)民族教育信息化程度和其職工的辦事效率?建立和完善民族預(yù)科教育信息管理平臺(tái)現(xiàn)代化與信息化已成為一個(gè)刻不容緩的問題。 論文的主要工作體現(xiàn)在以下幾個(gè)方面: 1、總結(jié)目前民族預(yù)科教育信息管理中的現(xiàn)狀和問題,結(jié)合筆者工作單位日常教學(xué)管理的特點(diǎn)和規(guī)律,提出了Web環(huán)境下的信息管理系統(tǒng)的軟件開發(fā)模型和軟件部署方案。 2、按照軟件開發(fā)過程的時(shí)間主線及軟件工程的傳統(tǒng)方法給出民族預(yù)科信息管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)過程中的的需求分析,并對(duì)系統(tǒng)概要設(shè)計(jì)、詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì)、系統(tǒng)部分功能實(shí)現(xiàn)和設(shè)計(jì)思考以及測(cè)試過程和結(jié)論——做出分析說明加以論證。 總之,通過該動(dòng)態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)網(wǎng)站的建成,達(dá)到下面的功能和作用:展示少數(shù)民族預(yù)科教育新聞及相關(guān)信息;提供新聞搜索功能;具有統(tǒng)計(jì)相關(guān)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)的功能;支持其他網(wǎng)站的友情聯(lián)接;為后臺(tái)管理員提供管理入口;提供內(nèi)部電子郵件系統(tǒng);提供便利交流論壇的功能。
[Abstract]:Minority education is an important part of education in China. Since the founding of the people's Republic of China, the Party and the state have always attached great importance to it, which is not only related to the problem of the growth and education of ethnic minority students. It is also an important guarantee for the people of all ethnic groups to build a harmonious society. Especially with the rapid development of high and new technology, information technology and network technology have penetrated into all aspects of educational management. As an important part of minority education management, ethnic preparatory education needs a platform of information management system to enhance the communication and cooperation among ethnic groups in various regions. At present, although some minority colleges and universities have built the campus network and only interlinked with each other in the hardware, they are still lagging behind in constructing the network information management software suitable for the characteristics of the education of the whole minority nationality. How to go beyond the limitations of schools and regions, share data and resource achievements, enhance communication and cooperation, and further improve the informatization level of minority education in the Ministry of Education and the efficiency of its staff and workers? It has become an urgent problem to establish and perfect the modernization and informatization of educational information management platform. The main work of the thesis is reflected in the following aspects: 1. Summarize the current situation and problems in the education information management of ethnic preparatory college, combined with the characteristics and rules of the daily teaching management of the author's work unit. This paper puts forward the software development model and software deployment scheme of information management system under Web environment. 2. According to the time thread of software development process and the traditional method of software engineering, the information management department of national preparatory course is given. Requirements analysis in the design and development process, The system outline design, detailed design, system function realization and design thinking, as well as test process and conclusion are analyzed and explained. In a word, through the establishment of the dynamic data website, the following functions and functions can be achieved: to display the education news and related information of minority preparatory courses, to provide news search function, to have the function of statistics and related investigation data; Support the friendship connection of other websites; provide the management portal for the background administrator; provide the internal email system; and provide the function of the convenient exchange forum.
