【摘要】：企業(yè)人力資源的形成和水平的提升,傳統(tǒng)上單純依賴教育機(jī)構(gòu)以及員工進(jìn)入企業(yè)后的培訓(xùn),這種以人為主要傳播手段的培訓(xùn)方式,在授課方式、時(shí)間安排等方面不能適應(yīng)企業(yè)對(duì)人力資源培訓(xùn)靈活、高效的要求�；贗nternet的網(wǎng)絡(luò)教育,以其便利性、時(shí)空無(wú)關(guān)性和交互性為企業(yè)提供了一種全新的培訓(xùn)方式。
[Abstract]:The formation and improvement of the human resources of enterprises have traditionally relied solely on the training of educational institutions and employees after entering the enterprise. This training method, which takes people as the main means of communication, is in the teaching mode. Time arrangement and other aspects can not meet the enterprise human resources training flexible, efficient requirements. Internet-based network education provides a new training method for enterprises with its convenience, space-time independence and interactivity.
