【摘要】：模擬法庭教學是法學類課程教改的重要內(nèi)容。成人在職學習要充分考慮其特點在適當?shù)臅r期進行,營造逼真的環(huán)境氛圍,協(xié)調(diào)學員差異搭配成案例小組,在開庭前學生老師都要精心準備,庭審要按既定程序進行,教師要組織控制好整個過程,要總結(jié)點評從而保證達到最好教學效果。
[Abstract]:Mock court teaching is an important part of the teaching reform of law course. Adult on-the-job learning should take its characteristics into full consideration and be carried out at an appropriate time, create a realistic environmental atmosphere, coordinate the differences of students into case groups, prepare the students' teachers carefully before the court session, and conduct the trial in accordance with the established procedures. Teachers should organize and control the whole process and sum up comments to ensure the best teaching effect.
