【摘要】：黨的十七大報(bào)告中明確指出要將我國(guó)建設(shè)成為學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì),終身學(xué)習(xí)理念得到全國(guó)范圍的廣泛接納,終身學(xué)習(xí)行動(dòng)在我國(guó)各個(gè)領(lǐng)域迅速有序地開(kāi)展。在企業(yè)中,關(guān)于終身學(xué)習(xí)有兩個(gè)突出的新趨勢(shì),其一是企業(yè)大學(xué)的大量興起,其二是信息技術(shù)環(huán)境下企業(yè)E-learning的大量應(yīng)用。本文將對(duì)終身學(xué)習(xí)在行業(yè)企業(yè)中的這兩個(gè)新的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)做一些探索。
[Abstract]:In the report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the party, it is clearly pointed out that our country should be built into a learning society, the concept of lifelong learning has been widely accepted throughout the country, and the life-long learning action is carried out rapidly and orderly in various fields of our country. In the enterprise, there are two new trends in life-long learning, one is the rise of a large number of enterprises and the second is the letter. In this paper, we will explore the two new development trends of lifelong learning in the industry and enterprise. We will explore the application of E-learning in the technological environment.
