終身教育視野下成人高等教育課程開發(fā)的人性化走向

【摘要】:成人高等教育課程開發(fā)是指把社會(huì)需求、成人學(xué)習(xí)需求轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌扇烁叩冉逃n程開發(fā)目標(biāo)并付諸課程實(shí)施、課程管理、課程評(píng)價(jià)的動(dòng)態(tài)調(diào)整過程。今天對(duì)成人高等教育課程開發(fā)的理解和認(rèn)識(shí),不能再僅僅局限于"學(xué)會(huì)生存"的視域內(nèi),而必須置于"學(xué)會(huì)發(fā)展"的終身教育視野中。以此來審視成人高等教育課程開發(fā),人性化是其必然走向。具體表現(xiàn)為走向成"人",走向主體,走向多元。其中成"人"是目標(biāo),主體是思想,多元是手段。
[Abstract]:The curriculum development of adult higher education refers to the dynamic adjustment process of transforming social needs and adult learning needs into curriculum development objectives and put into practice curriculum management and curriculum evaluation in adult higher education. Today's understanding and understanding of the curriculum development of adult higher education can no longer be confined to the horizon of "learning to survive", but must be placed in the view of lifelong education of "learning to develop". To examine the curriculum development of adult higher education, humanization is its inevitable trend. The concrete manifestation is to become "human", to the main body, to pluralistic. One of the "people" is the goal, the main body is the thought, pluralism is the means.
