西部大開發(fā)中貢山縣獨(dú)龍族怒族傳統(tǒng)文化保存的教育策略初探

【摘要】: 改革開放20多年和目前正在規(guī)劃實(shí)施中的西部大開發(fā)戰(zhàn)略,促進(jìn)了貢山獨(dú)龍族、 怒族社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,與此同時,也給其獨(dú)具特色的傳統(tǒng)文化帶來巨大沖擊。少數(shù)民 族傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代化變遷之間的張力關(guān)系在貢山獨(dú)龍族、怒族身上表現(xiàn)得異常突出。 由于歷史較淺且處于發(fā)展的弱勢地位,貢山獨(dú)龍族、怒族傳統(tǒng)文化的許多優(yōu)秀部分和 獨(dú)特性在現(xiàn)代化大潮中正在不斷喪失。我們認(rèn)為,任何一個民族的傳統(tǒng)文化都有其獨(dú) 特性和潛在價值。一個民族的傳統(tǒng)文化是該民族的根,一旦喪失了自己的傳統(tǒng)文化就 意味著該民族的消亡;谶@一認(rèn)識,在西部大開發(fā)中,對貢山獨(dú)龍族、怒族傳統(tǒng) 文化,必須有意識地加以保存。 關(guān)于貢山獨(dú)龍族、怒族傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代化之間的關(guān)系問題,以往的研究更多地 把視角放在傳統(tǒng)文化要不斷適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代化,適應(yīng)西部大開發(fā)從而擺脫社會經(jīng)濟(jì)的落后狀 況上,即過分強(qiáng)調(diào)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長。而對提升性地保存其優(yōu)秀傳統(tǒng)文化,進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會 的可持續(xù)發(fā)展研究不多,即對非經(jīng)濟(jì)因素的作用重視不夠,導(dǎo)致經(jīng)濟(jì)沒跟上,傳統(tǒng)文 化的獨(dú)特性及其賴以生存的文化生態(tài)系統(tǒng)卻不斷在喪失。事實(shí)上,傳統(tǒng)文化與現(xiàn)代化、 民族性與時代性、發(fā)展與保存等等之間并非勢不兩立,都可以在實(shí)踐中交流與共存。 為開創(chuàng)性地保存和搶救貢山獨(dú)龍族、怒族優(yōu)秀的傳統(tǒng)文化,教育的作用是至關(guān)重要的。 可借這方面的策略研究極為欠缺,筆者通過對貢山獨(dú)龍族、怒族傳統(tǒng)文化及其經(jīng)濟(jì)社 會發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的多次深入的田野調(diào)查,分析了西部大開發(fā)對其傳統(tǒng)文化帶來的機(jī)遇和挑 戰(zhàn)。同時,參閱大量文獻(xiàn),從三個理論依據(jù)出發(fā),即傳統(tǒng)與現(xiàn)代整合觀,,生物多樣性 和文化多樣性和中華民族多元一體理論,充分論證并提出貢山縣獨(dú)龍族、怒族傳統(tǒng)文 化保存的教育策略。 1.將獨(dú)龍族、怒族傳統(tǒng)文化保存的教育納入正規(guī)的學(xué)校教育體系,把傳統(tǒng)文化 的各種保護(hù)措施和現(xiàn)代化研究與學(xué)校教育結(jié)合起來,實(shí)行學(xué)校民族文化專家和田野文 化能人相結(jié)合的辦法。 2.改革貢山的雙語教育,“對日旺文和漢語拼音方案”進(jìn)行跟蹤調(diào)查和實(shí)驗(yàn)研 究. ,3.實(shí)行民族認(rèn)同、區(qū)域認(rèn)同、國家認(rèn)同、文化認(rèn)同的多層次多側(cè)面而又整體發(fā) 展的認(rèn)同教育。 ’ 4.進(jìn)行獨(dú)龍族、怒族傳統(tǒng)音樂、藝術(shù)和體育的教育開發(fā)。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening - up for more than 20 years and the development strategy of the west in the planning and implementation of the reform and opening - up , it has promoted the unique dragon family of Gongshan ,









The development of the Nu ' s social economy , at the same time , has brought great impact to its unique traditional culture .









The tension between the traditional culture of the family and the modernization changes in Gongshan Dulong family and the Nu ethnic group .









Due to the relatively shallow and developing disadvantaged position , many excellent parts of the traditional culture of Gongshan Dulong and Nu ethnic group









The uniqueness is losing in the course of modernization . We believe that the traditional culture of any one nation has its own independence









The traditional culture of a nation is the root of the nation and once lost its traditional culture









This means the extinction of the nation . Based on this understanding , in the development of the western region , it is the tradition of the only dragon and the angry ethnic group in Gongshan .









Culture must be preserved consciously .









On the relationship between the traditional culture and the modernization of Gongshan Dulong family , the research on the past is much more









Put the angle of view on the traditional culture to adapt to the modernization and adapt to the development of the western region so as to get rid of the backwardness of the social economy









On the other hand , the economic growth is overstressed , and the improvement of its excellent traditional culture and the realization of economy and society are realized .
