【摘要】：民族教育政策是多民族國家民族政策價(jià)值取向的具體表現(xiàn),是妥善解決民族問題、發(fā)展民族教育、提高民族文化素質(zhì)的重要手段。不同時(shí)期的民族政策直接影響著民族教育政策的變化和發(fā)展。蘇聯(lián)和俄羅斯時(shí)期的民族政策始終圍繞著民族區(qū)域自治和民族文化自治政策而得以發(fā)展。在其推動(dòng)下,俄羅斯的民族教育政策經(jīng)歷了從沒有自主權(quán)的統(tǒng)一管理模式到擴(kuò)大地方教育自主權(quán)、保護(hù)民族文化傳統(tǒng)、體現(xiàn)民族教育優(yōu)勢、回歸民族語言教學(xué)的發(fā)展過程。
[Abstract]:The national education policy is the concrete manifestation of the value orientation of the national policy of the multi-ethnic country, and is an important means to properly solve the national problems, develop the national education and improve the national cultural quality. The national policy in different periods directly affects the change and development of national education policy. The national policy of the Soviet Union and Russia always developed around the national regional autonomy and the national cultural autonomy. Under its impetus, Russia's national education policy has experienced the development process from the unified management mode without autonomy to the expansion of local educational autonomy, the protection of national cultural traditions, the embodiment of national education advantages and the return to national language teaching.
