【摘要】：受中國流動(dòng)人口數(shù)量迅速增加的影響,流動(dòng)兒童和留守兒童大量產(chǎn)生,他們的家庭教育面臨著挑戰(zhàn)。近年來,中央政府各部門出臺了多項(xiàng)相關(guān)政策和指導(dǎo)文件,各地普遍開展了對這一群體的家庭教育指導(dǎo)服務(wù),探索校外托管機(jī)構(gòu)建設(shè),深化"代理家長"模式,開展了家庭教育培訓(xùn)。但目前,對這一群體的家庭教育指導(dǎo)服務(wù)仍存在很多問題,如政策落實(shí)不到位,管理系統(tǒng)有待完善,指導(dǎo)服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)陣地不健全,針對性、專業(yè)化水平不夠等。文章提出了加強(qiáng)中國流動(dòng)、留守兒童家庭教育指導(dǎo)服務(wù)的幾點(diǎn)建議。
[Abstract]:Influenced by the rapid increase of floating population in China, migrant children and left-behind children have emerged in large numbers, and their family education is facing challenges. In recent years, various departments of the Central Government have issued a number of relevant policies and guidance documents, and various localities have generally carried out family education and guidance services for this group, explored the construction of outside trusteeship institutions, and deepened the "surrogate parent" model. Family education and training were carried out. However, at present, there are still many problems in the family education guidance service for this group, such as the implementation of the policy is not in place, the management system needs to be improved, the guidance service organization position is not perfect, the pertinence, the specialization level is not enough and so on. This paper puts forward some suggestions on strengthening the family education guidance service for left-behind children in China.
