【摘要】：少數(shù)民族財經(jīng)人才的培養(yǎng)是提高西部民族地區(qū)財經(jīng)類高校整體教育教學質(zhì)量及辦學水平、促進民族財經(jīng)教育特色發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵。本文以內(nèi)蒙古財經(jīng)大學民族班為例,通過總結(jié)回顧1981年至今蒙漢雙語授課專業(yè)的教育教學概況,提出蒙漢雙語授課專業(yè)教育教學改革應(yīng)實現(xiàn)管理更加規(guī)范化、構(gòu)建完善課程體系、加強師資隊伍建設(shè)和教材建設(shè)、重視民族班學生管理工作、強化實踐能力的培養(yǎng)等。
[Abstract]:The cultivation of financial talents of minority nationalities is the key to improve the quality and level of education and teaching of finance and economics colleges and universities in the western minority areas and to promote the development of the characteristics of national finance and economics education. Taking the ethnic class of Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Economics as an example, this paper reviews the general situation of education and teaching of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching specialty since 1981, and points out that the reform of Mongolian and Chinese bilingual teaching specialty education and teaching should realize more standardized management. Constructing and perfecting the curriculum system, strengthening the construction of teaching staff and teaching materials, attaching importance to the management of students in ethnic classes, strengthening the cultivation of practical ability, etc.
