【摘要】：從制度分析入手,通過(guò)對(duì)影響遠(yuǎn)程高等教育增值的要素分析,提出制度是遠(yuǎn)程高等教育增值的關(guān)鍵因素,闡述了遠(yuǎn)程高等教育增值的路徑及制度模式。
[Abstract]:Based on the analysis of the system, this paper puts forward that the system is the key factor of the increment of the distance higher education, and expounds the path and mode of the increment of the distance higher education through the analysis of the elements that affect the increment of the distance higher education.
