初中生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向與家庭功能、社會(huì)支持、應(yīng)付方式的關(guān)系研究

【摘要】: 人們正處于網(wǎng)絡(luò)信息時(shí)代,網(wǎng)絡(luò)為人們的生活帶來(lái)了方便,但是同時(shí)也帶來(lái)了不少負(fù)面影響,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮問題就是其中一個(gè)。 網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮通常簡(jiǎn)稱為網(wǎng)癮或“網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮”(Internet Addition),又稱網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮癥(Internet addiction disorder,簡(jiǎn)稱IAD),又稱為“病理性網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用”(pathologicalinternet use),是國(guó)內(nèi)外近年心理學(xué)研究的熱點(diǎn)之一。前人對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的研究多集中在大學(xué)生,較少對(duì)初中生進(jìn)行研究,較多關(guān)注網(wǎng)絡(luò)特點(diǎn)和網(wǎng)絡(luò)使用者自身的因素對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的影響,較少關(guān)注社會(huì)資源方面的影響。在我國(guó),網(wǎng)絡(luò)用戶呈低齡化趨勢(shì),而且因?yàn)橹袑W(xué)生正處于青春期,,其自身的心理特點(diǎn)導(dǎo)致中學(xué)生成為網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的易患人群。所以本文從家庭功能、社會(huì)支持、應(yīng)付方式對(duì)初中生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向的影響進(jìn)行研究,進(jìn)而提出對(duì)初中生有效的網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮的預(yù)防措施。 本文用問卷調(diào)查法,以393名初一、初二的初中生為研究對(duì)象,采用網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮量表、家庭功能評(píng)定、社會(huì)支持評(píng)定量表、應(yīng)對(duì)方式問卷進(jìn)行調(diào)查。按照被試網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮分?jǐn)?shù)把被試分成高成癮傾向組和低成癮傾向組。本研究發(fā)現(xiàn):(1)初中生網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮率為3.1%。(2)高網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向初中生的在家庭功能的:?jiǎn)栴}解決、角色、情感介入、行為控制和總的功能方面的要差于低網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮初中生。(3)高網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向初中生獲得的總的社會(huì)支持、感知到的主觀支持比低網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向的初中生要少。(4)高網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向初中生采用更多不成熟的應(yīng)付方式:退避、幻想,更少采用問題解決的成熟的應(yīng)付方式。(5)高網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向初中生在上網(wǎng)時(shí)間、年級(jí)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)功能使用、物質(zhì)成癮行為、每周上網(wǎng)的次數(shù)和時(shí)間、與父母交流上網(wǎng)存在顯著差異。 研究的結(jié)果表明,網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向高的初中生在家庭功能、社會(huì)支持顯著差于低網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮傾向初中生,在應(yīng)付方式上也不成熟。所以對(duì)青少年網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮進(jìn)行預(yù)防,不僅可以從網(wǎng)絡(luò)成癮者本身去預(yù)防,還從可以家庭和社會(huì)支持方面進(jìn)行干預(yù)。
[Abstract]:People are in the age of network information. Internet brings convenience to people's life, but it also brings many negative effects. Internet addiction is one of them. Internet addiction is usually referred to as internet addiction or internet addiction. It is also called internet addiction disorder (iad). It is also called "pathological internet use". It is one of the hotspots of psychological research at home and abroad in recent years Previous researches on Internet addiction mainly focus on college students, less on junior high school students, more attention to the characteristics of the network and the impact of Internet users themselves on Internet addiction, less attention to the impact of social resources. In China, network users tend to be younger, and because middle school students are in adolescence, their own psychological characteristics lead to the high school students become a vulnerable group of Internet addiction. Therefore, this paper studies the effects of family function, social support and coping style on the tendency of Internet addiction of junior high school students, and then puts forward effective preventive measures for Internet addiction of junior high school students. In this paper, 393 junior high school students were investigated by questionnaire, including Internet Addiction scale, Family function scale, Social support scale and coping style questionnaire. According to the score of internet addiction, the subjects were divided into high addictive tendency group and low addictive tendency group. This study found that the Internet addiction rate of junior high school students was 3.1. 2) the junior middle school students with high Internet addiction tendency had family function: problem solving, role, emotional intervention. The behavior control and total function of junior high school students with low Internet addiction were worse than that of the junior middle school students with low Internet addiction and the total social support received by junior middle school students with high Internet addiction tendency. Perceived subjective support is less than that of junior high school students with low Internet addiction tendency.) High Internet addiction tendency junior high school students adopt more immature coping styles: retreat, fantasy, etc. There were significant differences in Internet access time, grade, network function use, substance addiction behavior, the number and time of Internet access per week, and the communication between junior high school students and their parents. The results show that the junior middle school students with high Internet addiction tendency have lower family function, lower social support than junior middle school students with low Internet addiction tendency, and are not mature in coping style. Therefore, the prevention of internet addiction can not only be done from the Internet addicts themselves, but also from the family and social support.
