【摘要】：本文圍繞學(xué)習(xí)型城市建設(shè)三因素"人是主體、城市是載體、學(xué)習(xí)是手段"中"人的主體地位",提出從明晰市民學(xué)習(xí)價(jià)值、增強(qiáng)市民學(xué)習(xí)積極性、健全市民學(xué)習(xí)渠道三個(gè)方面進(jìn)行思考和努力,切實(shí)解決市民"為什么要學(xué)、如何愿意學(xué)、到底怎么學(xué)"問題,從而激發(fā)市民的學(xué)習(xí)力和積極性,投身學(xué)習(xí)型城市建設(shè),發(fā)揮主體地位的優(yōu)勢,提升城市文明程度,推進(jìn)和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the three factors in the construction of a learning city: "people are the main body, the city is the carrier, and the study is the means".Improve the study channels of citizens in three aspects of thinking and efforts to effectively solve the problem of "why to learn, how to learn, how to learn", so as to stimulate the people's learning ability and enthusiasm, and devote themselves to the construction of a learning city.Give play to the advantages of the main position, improve the degree of urban civilization, and promote the construction of a harmonious society.
