【摘要】：為充分發(fā)揮首都人才智力資源優(yōu)勢(shì),促進(jìn)北京地區(qū)繼續(xù)教育的繁榮與發(fā)展,推動(dòng)教育培訓(xùn)與首都經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的緊密結(jié)合,北京繼續(xù)教育協(xié)會(huì)于2005年12月20日在北京新聞大廈召開“2005年學(xué)術(shù)年會(huì)暨繼續(xù)教育創(chuàng)新與提升職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力論壇”。來自全市各區(qū)縣人事局、市政府各委辦局、總公司和國有大中型企事業(yè)單位和市屬高校、科研院所及人民團(tuán)體主管繼續(xù)教育工作的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)以及北京繼續(xù)教育協(xié)會(huì)團(tuán)體會(huì)員單位的代表和協(xié)會(huì)理事150余人參加會(huì)議。該論壇以黨的十六大和十六屆四中、五中全會(huì)精神為指導(dǎo),認(rèn)真貫徹市委市政府構(gòu)建社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)首善之區(qū)和“新北京、新奧運(yùn)”戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)想,緊密圍繞繼續(xù)教育創(chuàng)新與提升職業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力這個(gè)問題,深入探討繼續(xù)教育服務(wù)首都經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)和人的全面發(fā)展的有效途徑,以推動(dòng)教育培訓(xùn)的體制和機(jī)制創(chuàng)新,為首都社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供人才保障。論壇邀請(qǐng)北京市社會(huì)科學(xué)院經(jīng)濟(jì)所所長、北京市人民政府專家顧問團(tuán)顧問趙弘和北京醫(yī)藥股份有限公司董事長陳濟(jì)生,分別作了《北京經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基本走勢(shì)與繼續(xù)教育的戰(zhàn)略選擇》和《創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型組織,打造企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力》的主題演講。北京市社科聯(lián)主席、協(xié)會(huì)理事長陶西平同志結(jié)合構(gòu)筑終身教育體系,創(chuàng)建學(xué)習(xí)型社會(huì)發(fā)表講話。他強(qiáng)調(diào),當(dāng)前的繼續(xù)教育工作要緊密結(jié)合首都改革和發(fā)展的實(shí)際,積極推進(jìn)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)首善之區(qū)的建設(shè);要從轉(zhuǎn)變觀念入手,著力提升人才素質(zhì)和能力;繼續(xù)教育要與學(xué)習(xí)、研究和工作緊密結(jié)合,調(diào)動(dòng)一切積極因素,推動(dòng)學(xué)習(xí)型組織的建設(shè)。北京市人事局副局長、北京繼續(xù)教育協(xié)會(huì)秘書長孫振宇同志在總結(jié)2005年協(xié)會(huì)工作的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合北京地區(qū)教育培訓(xùn)工作的實(shí)際,重點(diǎn)介紹了2006年協(xié)會(huì)工作設(shè)想。本期我們將孫振宇副局長與會(huì)講話全文刊發(fā),以資借鑒。
[Abstract]:In order to give full play to the advantages of the capital's intellectual resources, promote the prosperity and development of continuing education in Beijing, and promote the close integration of education and training with the economic and social development of the capital,On December 20, 2005, the Beijing continuing Education Association held the "2005 academic Annual meeting and Forum on Innovation and Promotion of Vocational Competitiveness of continuing Education" in Beijing News Building.From the personnel bureaus of all districts and counties of the whole city, the appointed offices of the municipal government, the head office, the large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises and institutions, and municipal colleges and universities,The leaders of the scientific research institutes and people's organizations in charge of continuing education, as well as the representatives of the group members of the Beijing Association of continuing Education and the directors of the Association, attended the meeting.Guided by the spirit of the 16th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and the fourth Middle School of the 16th CPC Central Committee and the Fifth Plenary session of the CPC Central Committee, the forum conscientiously implemented the strategic concept of "New Beijing, New Olympics" for the construction of the first and best areas of a socialist harmonious society by the municipal party committee and government.Focusing on the issue of continuing education innovation and enhancing vocational competitiveness, this paper probes into the effective ways for continuing education to serve the overall development of the economy, society and people in the capital, so as to promote the innovation of the system and mechanism of education and training.To provide talent security for the capital's social and economic development.The forum invited Zhao Hong, director of the Economic Research Institute of the Beijing Municipal Academy of Social Sciences, consultant to the expert advisory panel of the Beijing Municipal people's Government, and Chen Jisheng, chairman of Beijing Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.The theme speeches on "basic trend of Beijing's Economic Development and Strategic Choice of continuing Education" and "Building Learning Organization and Building Core Competitiveness of Enterprises" were given respectively.Comrade Tao Xiping, President of Beijing Federation of Social Sciences and Chairman of the Association, made a speech on the construction of lifelong education system and the establishment of a learning society.He stressed that the current work of continuing education should closely integrate the reality of the capital's reform and development, actively promote the construction of the first and best areas in a socialist harmonious society, and focus on improving the quality and ability of talented people from the perspective of changing ideas.Continuing education should be closely combined with study, research and work, mobilize all positive factors and promote the construction of learning organization.Comrade Sun Zhenyu, deputy director of Beijing personnel Bureau and secretary general of Beijing continuing Education Association, based on the summary of the work of the Association in 2005 and the reality of the education and training work in Beijing area, emphatically introduced the working ideas of the Association in 2006.This period we will Sun Zhenyu deputy director attends the speech full text to publish, in order to draw lessons from.
