【摘要】：近年來(lái),我國(guó)的農(nóng)村教育改革倍受指責(zé)和非議,這種指責(zé)不僅來(lái)自教育政策制定者,也來(lái)自教育接受者。兩種不同立場(chǎng)的指責(zé)使得農(nóng)村教育兩頭受氣,舉步維艱。只有走出這種尷尬,農(nóng)村教育改革才有可能真正落到實(shí)處,有所作為。農(nóng)民市民化發(fā)展為我們達(dá)成教育政策制定者與受教育者之間的諒解提供了可能。研究表明,農(nóng)民市民化不僅是一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的人口流動(dòng)或者職業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)變的過(guò)程,其中更牽涉著國(guó)家政策指向的變化以及農(nóng)民社會(huì)心理的變革。要實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民社會(huì)心理的變革,教育的有效實(shí)施是一個(gè)不可或缺的因素。在這點(diǎn)上,國(guó)家需要教育促進(jìn)農(nóng)民的市民化,而農(nóng)民也需要通過(guò)教育獲得適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)要求的能力。所以,市民化思想的引入為走出農(nóng)村教育改革困境提供了一種維度。文章分為三個(gè)部分: 第一部分從城市化及新農(nóng)村建設(shè)對(duì)農(nóng)民素質(zhì)提出的新要求入手,分析我國(guó)農(nóng)民市民化的現(xiàn)狀及實(shí)現(xiàn)障礙,重在分析其在轉(zhuǎn)化過(guò)程中所遭遇的心理困惑,并由此引出對(duì)農(nóng)民市民化過(guò)程中教育角色的思考。 第二部分在明確農(nóng)民市民化是農(nóng)民社會(huì)化的形式的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合人的社會(huì)化理論,從理論層面上探討教育在農(nóng)民市民化中的作用。并通過(guò)比較分析國(guó)內(nèi)外為實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民市民化所做出的教育努力,從實(shí)踐層面上明確教育在農(nóng)民市民化過(guò)程中的角色。 第三部分在前面分析的基礎(chǔ)上,用市民化的視角來(lái)關(guān)照我國(guó)現(xiàn)行農(nóng)村教育改革,分析我國(guó)農(nóng)村教育改革的誤區(qū)與困境,進(jìn)一步澄清農(nóng)村教育的概念及功能,探討新形勢(shì)下農(nóng)村教育改革的新思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, China's rural education reform has been criticized and criticized, which comes not only from educational policy makers but also from educational recipients. Only by getting out of this awkward situation can the rural education reform really be carried out and make a difference. The development of farmers' citizenship makes it possible for us to reach an understanding between the educational policy makers and the educatees. The urbanization of farmers is not only a simple process of population mobility or career change, but also involves the change of the orientation of national policies and the transformation of farmers' social psychology. The effective implementation of education is an indispensable factor. In this regard, the state needs education to promote the urbanization of farmers, and farmers also need education to acquire the ability to adapt to the requirements of modern society. The introduction of the idea of citizenship provides a dimension for getting out of the dilemma of rural education reform. The article is divided into three parts:. The first part begins with the new demands of urbanization and new rural construction on farmers' quality, analyzes the present situation and obstacles of farmers' urbanization in our country, and focuses on the psychological confusion encountered in the process of transformation. And thus leads to the farmers in the process of civic education role. In the second part, on the basis of making clear that the farmer's citizenship is the form of farmer's socialization, the second part combines the theory of man's socialization. This paper probes into the role of education in the process of farmers' urbanization from the theoretical level, and through the comparative analysis of the educational efforts made at home and abroad to realize the urbanization of farmers, the role of education in the process of farmers' urbanization is clarified from the practical level. The third part, based on the previous analysis, takes care of the current rural education reform in China from the perspective of citizenship, analyzes the misunderstandings and difficulties of the rural education reform in China, and further clarifies the concept and function of rural education. This paper discusses the new ideas of rural education reform under the new situation.
