【摘要】：成人高校招生制度作為具有中國特色的國家教育體制,能否經(jīng)受社會經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型期的陣痛,實現(xiàn)科學(xué)、和諧、可持續(xù)發(fā)展的總體目標,關(guān)鍵在于能否順應(yīng)中國人才市場的新變化。為此,成人高校招生制度必須在艱難反思過去的同時,以“四個轉(zhuǎn)變”為取向,對內(nèi)部因素和外部聯(lián)系進行革命性變革,加強與人才市場的對話與協(xié)調(diào),構(gòu)建與人才市場多導(dǎo)向的人才培“養(yǎng)立交橋”。
[Abstract]:As a national education system with Chinese characteristics, the enrollment system of adult colleges and universities can withstand the pains of social and economic transformation and achieve the overall goal of scientific, harmonious and sustainable development. The key lies in whether we can adapt to the new changes in China's talent market. Therefore, the enrollment system of adult colleges and universities must, while hard reflecting on the past, take "four changes" as the orientation, and revolutionize the internal factors and external connections. Strengthen the dialogue and coordination with the talent market, and build a multi-oriented talent training with the talent market.
