【摘要】：目前,各級黨委、政府及教育培訓部門和培訓機構(gòu)都在認真貫徹落實中央精神,“大規(guī)模培訓”“全員培訓”的觀念已經(jīng)深入人心。但是,從調(diào)查了解的情況看,干部培訓工作已明顯地暴露出諸多不適應。不適應的突出表現(xiàn)之一,就是干部培訓的針對性實效性不強,培訓質(zhì)量不高。究其原因,就是培訓鏈的各個環(huán)節(jié)存在不足,即培訓前的需求調(diào)研、培訓中的教學相長、培訓后的跟蹤反饋,這些都是癥結(jié)和要害所在。本文以工業(yè)化設(shè)計思想為出發(fā)點,探討和研究了如何構(gòu)建以滿足和引領(lǐng)學員需求為中心的培訓鏈。
[Abstract]:At present, party committees, governments, education and training departments and training institutions at all levels are conscientiously implementing the spirit of the Central Committee, and the concept of "large-scale training" and "all-staff training" has been deeply rooted in people's hearts. However, from the investigation and understanding of the situation, The work of cadre training has obviously exposed many inadaptations. One of the outstanding manifestations of inadaptability is that the pertinence and effectiveness of cadre training are not strong, and the quality of training is not high. The reason is that there are deficiencies in every link of the training chain. That is, the needs investigation before the training, the teaching in the training, the feedback after the training, all these are the crux and the key. This paper takes the industrial design thought as the starting point. This paper discusses and studies how to construct a training chain centered on meeting and leading the needs of trainees.
