【摘要】：“兒童互動(dòng)輔導(dǎo)計(jì)劃”,是讓資優(yōu)學(xué)生輔導(dǎo)更低幼兒童甚至同齡同學(xué),并給予這些資優(yōu)學(xué)生進(jìn)行輔導(dǎo)和咨詢的環(huán)境和條件來(lái)發(fā)展他們的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力。學(xué)校就是這樣自然而然地把有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的培訓(xùn)融入到學(xué)校教育中去。提供增強(qiáng)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力的機(jī)會(huì)。實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,這是一種行之有效的培養(yǎng)未來(lái)年輕領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:The "Children's Interactive guidance Scheme" enables gifted students to coach more primary-age children and even their classmates of the same age.
