【摘要】：高等學(xué)校干部的教育和培訓(xùn)工作是新時(shí)期加強(qiáng)黨的建設(shè)的重要內(nèi)容和重要工作。在新的歷史條件下,如何全面貫徹“三個(gè)代表”重要思想,根據(jù)高等學(xué)校培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義事業(yè)合格建設(shè)者、可靠接班人目標(biāo)和黨的十六屆四中全會(huì)提出的“圍繞增強(qiáng)執(zhí)政意識(shí)、提高執(zhí)政能力,創(chuàng)新培訓(xùn)方法,提高培訓(xùn)質(zhì)量,大規(guī)模培訓(xùn)干部”的要求,切實(shí)加強(qiáng)高校干部的教育培訓(xùn)工作的研究,建立、健全高校干部教育培訓(xùn)制度和機(jī)制,是十分重要而迫切的任務(wù)。
