【摘要】：對(duì)青年教師實(shí)行導(dǎo)師制加以培養(yǎng)是廣西民族學(xué)院近年來的新舉措。實(shí)行導(dǎo)師制能充分發(fā)揮中老年教師對(duì)青年教師的傳、幫、帶作用。實(shí)施導(dǎo)師制應(yīng)注意導(dǎo)師的遴選、導(dǎo)師的職責(zé)、培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)、考核等問題。
[Abstract]:It is a new measure of Guangxi Institute of nationalities to train young teachers with tutor system in recent years, which can give full play to the transmission and help of middle-aged and old teachers to young teachers. Implementation of the tutorial system should pay attention to the selection of mentors, the role of mentors, training objectives, assessment and other issues.
