【摘要】：社會(huì)組織形式多元的時(shí)代悄然而至，非正式組織如雨后春筍般勃勃萌發(fā)且影響力日益顯著增強(qiáng)。非正式組織無論從其結(jié)構(gòu)形式，還是其負(fù)載的目標(biāo)，它都是在社會(huì)民主化和社會(huì)治理科學(xué)化境遇下必然生成。作為大學(xué)生尋求歸屬感和自我統(tǒng)一的集體選擇，非正式組織成為他們參與學(xué)習(xí)、生活、社會(huì)實(shí)踐的定在，因而，非正式組織是研究大學(xué)生思想政治教育研究不可回避的現(xiàn)實(shí)語(yǔ)境。 非正式組織與其語(yǔ)境下的當(dāng)代大學(xué)生思想政治教育，兩者間存在著頗為復(fù)雜的相互作用原理。要以邏輯的方式確證這種影響，需借助于系統(tǒng)分析的方法，將非正式組織與大學(xué)生思想政治教育視作兩個(gè)相對(duì)獨(dú)立的系統(tǒng)，檢視非正式組織系統(tǒng)中的各要素對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育系統(tǒng)諸要素的影響，驗(yàn)證這種影響改變了大學(xué)生思想政治教育的結(jié)構(gòu)，進(jìn)而證實(shí)非正式組織影響大學(xué)生思想政治教育整體目標(biāo)和功能的發(fā)揮。 由此我們可以得出：雖然非正式組織對(duì)大學(xué)生思想政治教育具有一定的積極影響，但不良影響也是顯著的，它們邏輯的包含著：非正式組織成員社會(huì)角色的多重性弱化其在大學(xué)生思想政治教育過程中的主體性意識(shí)；非正式組織訴求的差異與多元質(zhì)疑大學(xué)生思想政治教育培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)；非正式組織評(píng)判的隨意性導(dǎo)致大學(xué)生思想政治教育內(nèi)容正能量的消解；非正式組織結(jié)構(gòu)的松散性解構(gòu)傳統(tǒng)的大學(xué)生思想政治教育途徑。 經(jīng)由這一視角反思與審視當(dāng)下大學(xué)生思想政治教育價(jià)值訴求、主客體、方式、途徑，為的是給大學(xué)生思想政治教育提供有力的理論支撐，，也期待達(dá)成大學(xué)生思想政治教育的愿景，即：非正式組織影響下的大學(xué)生思想政治教育主體視界的融合，大學(xué)生思想政治教育向生活領(lǐng)域的主動(dòng)拓展，大學(xué)生思想政治教育與非正式組織活動(dòng)在比較中獲得優(yōu)勢(shì)。
[Abstract]:The informal organization is the collective choice of social democratization and social governance . As a collective choice for college students to seek the sense of belonging and self - unification , informal organization becomes their collective choice to participate in study , life and social practice . Therefore , informal organization is a realistic context to study the study of college students ' ideological and political education .

The informal organization and the ideological and political education of college students in the context of the informal organization have complex interaction principles . To prove this influence in a logical way , it is necessary to consider the influence of various elements in the informal organization system on the elements of the ideological and political education system of college students by means of systematic analysis , and to verify that this influence has changed the structure of college students ' ideological and political education , and then confirms the influence of informal organizations on the overall goal and function of ideological and political education of college students .

Therefore , we can conclude that although the informal organization has some positive influence on the ideological and political education of college students , the negative effects are significant , and their logic includes : the multiplicity of the social role of the members of the informal organization weakens their subjective consciousness in the course of ideological and political education of college students ;
The difference of the informal organization ' s appeal and the multi - element question the training goal of ideological and political education of college students ;
The randomness of informal organization judgment leads to the digestion of the content of ideological and political education content of college students ;
The loose structure of informal organizational structure is the traditional way of ideological and political education for college students .

Through the reflection and examination of the current college students ' ideological and political education value claim , the subject object , the way and the way , so as to provide a powerful theoretical support for the ideological and political education of college students , and also look forward to the vision of college students ' ideological and political education , that is , the integration of the main visual field of college students ' ideological and political education under the influence of the informal organization , the active expansion of the ideological and political education of the college students to the life field , and the comparative advantage of the ideological and political education of the college students and the activities of the informal organizations .
