【摘要】：在2000年之前我國的普通家庭，孩子上大學(xué)是全家人的驕傲，，上大學(xué)也是普通家庭孩子的最佳出路。2002年之后，隨著社會(huì)發(fā)展步伐的加快，社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的轉(zhuǎn)型。高校的高等教育由以前的精英教育轉(zhuǎn)向成為大眾教育，高校招生的一度擴(kuò)招，畢業(yè)生在數(shù)量上逐年急劇的增加，而社會(huì)對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生的需求量使得高校畢業(yè)生出現(xiàn)供大于求的局面，造成大量的高校畢業(yè)生畢業(yè)了找不到工作，導(dǎo)致現(xiàn)時(shí)期大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的現(xiàn)狀——就業(yè)難。 “就業(yè)難”已經(jīng)成為家喻戶曉，眾所周知的社會(huì)問題。特別是高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)難，父母含辛茹苦的供應(yīng)子女十幾年甚至二十幾年的讀書。畢業(yè)了，找不到工作，在人才交流市場(chǎng)上大學(xué)畢業(yè)生的整體待遇尚不如擁有一技之長的工人。筆者就調(diào)查認(rèn)為，出現(xiàn)這樣的問題是多種因素決定的：高校近年來的盲目擴(kuò)招、課程設(shè)置改革的滯后、人才市場(chǎng)的不規(guī)范、政府引導(dǎo)力度不夠、傳統(tǒng)就業(yè)觀念的影響等等。大量的高校畢業(yè)生失業(yè)，一是國家人力資源的損失和浪費(fèi)，為社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生消極的和負(fù)面的影響，同時(shí)也為現(xiàn)如今提倡的“和諧社會(huì)”的建設(shè)產(chǎn)生不穩(wěn)定的因素；二是降低了廣大人民群眾對(duì)教育投資的積極性，甚至很多河南的農(nóng)民認(rèn)為，上大學(xué)沒啥用出來工作也難找，就是找也找不到啥好工作，還不如直接去南方打工。 2006年國務(wù)院委員周濟(jì)同志在全國普通高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作會(huì)議上的講話中說道：“黨中央、國務(wù)院高度重視高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作，胡錦濤、溫家寶等中央領(lǐng)導(dǎo)同志多次做出重要批示，要求全力做好高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作。幾年來，國務(wù)院每年召開專門會(huì)議、發(fā)出專門文件，進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)部署。中央有關(guān)部門從各自的職能出發(fā)，密切配合、通力合作，采取有效措施，積極促進(jìn)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)和創(chuàng)業(yè)。”此表明國家已經(jīng)對(duì)高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)難問題引起了高度的關(guān)注。 截止2012年年底，時(shí)過6年，目前社會(huì)高校畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)仍不容樂觀，特別是高校體育畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)形勢(shì)，一年比一年差，筆者在調(diào)查中發(fā)現(xiàn)很多2009年畢業(yè)的體育畢業(yè)生至今仍沒找到工作，但年齡都這么大了，又不好意思給家里人要錢，只能打臨時(shí)工。 根據(jù)筆者調(diào)查河南省高校體育畢業(yè)生就業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀，筆者認(rèn)為提高高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)率是目前社會(huì)應(yīng)首要解決的問題。為此筆者認(rèn)為，研究河南省高校體育畢業(yè)生的就業(yè)問題，無論對(duì)國家人力資源的分配利用，或是對(duì)“和諧社會(huì)“的建設(shè)都有很重大的意義。同時(shí)也為畢業(yè)生個(gè)人、河南省高校和各用人單位提供理論上的參考和借鑒的依據(jù)。

The number of graduates has increased sharply year by year as enrollment has been expanded. However, the demand for college graduates in the society makes the supply of college graduates exceed the demand, resulting in a large number of college graduates can not find a job, leading to the current situation of college graduates-employment is difficult. Difficult employment has become a well-known and well-known social problem. Especially, the employment of college graduates is difficult, and parents are struggling to supply their children with more than ten years or even twenty years of study. Graduated, unable to find a job, in the talent exchange market, the overall treatment of college graduates is not as good as the workers with one skill. According to the investigation, this problem is determined by many factors: the blind enrollment expansion in recent years, the lagging of curriculum reform, the nonstandard talent market, the insufficient government guidance, the influence of traditional employment concept, and so on. A large number of college graduates lose their jobs, one is the loss and waste of national human resources, which has a negative and negative impact on the development of social and economic construction, and at the same time the unstable factors for the construction of "harmonious society" advocated nowadays; Second, it has reduced the enthusiasm of the broad masses of the people to invest in education. Even many farmers in Henan believe that there is no use for college and it is hard to find a job. Even if you find a good job, you can't find a good one. In 2006, Comrade Zhou Ji, member of the State Council, said in a speech at the National Conference on the Employment of College graduates: "the CPC Central Committee and the State Council attach great importance to the employment of college graduates, Hu Jintao," Wen Jiabao and other central leading comrades have repeatedly made important instructions, demanding to do a good job of college graduates. For several years, the State Council held a special meeting every year to issue special documents for system deployment. Proceeding from their respective functions, the relevant departments of the Central Committee have closely cooperated with each other and taken effective measures to actively promote the employment and entrepreneurship of college graduates. " This shows that the country has caused a high degree of concern about the employment of college graduates. By the end of 2012, six years later, the employment situation of social college graduates is still not optimistic. Especially, the employment situation of college sports graduates is getting worse and worse every year. In the investigation, I found that many sports graduates graduated in 2009 still haven't found a job, but they are so old and embarrassed to ask for money for their families, they can only get temporary jobs. According to the investigation of the present situation of the employment of college sports graduates in Henan Province, the author thinks that it is the most important problem that should be solved in the society at present to improve the employment rate of college graduates. Therefore, the author thinks that it is of great significance to study the employment of sports graduates in colleges and universities in Henan Province, not only in the distribution and utilization of national human resources, but also in the construction of a "harmonious society". At the same time, it also provides theoretical reference and reference for graduates, colleges and universities and employers in Henan Province.
